【摘要】：亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起及其在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位和作用,決定了"一帶一路"建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)重點和首先關(guān)注其在亞洲國家和地區(qū)的投資潛力與經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。文章聚焦"一帶一路"建設(shè)在亞洲的國別和地區(qū)投資環(huán)境分析,為"一帶一路"建設(shè)過程中加快企業(yè)走出去提供投資和營商環(huán)境決策與依據(jù)。文章通過采取熵值賦權(quán)法確定權(quán)重,對"一帶一路"在亞洲區(qū)的國家和地區(qū)的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行實證分析和投資環(huán)境指數(shù)進(jìn)行排名;并通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)"一帶一路"建設(shè)在亞洲區(qū),除了要加強對現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資和改善以外,更要注重亞洲地區(qū)的要素流動和經(jīng)濟(jì)績效改善,從而增強投資者的回報預(yù)期。文章認(rèn)為,在推動"一帶一路"建設(shè)過程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)充分利用亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和比較優(yōu)勢,發(fā)揮亞洲地區(qū)核心城市在
[Abstract]:The rise of the Asian economy and its important position and role in the world economy, It is decided that the construction of "Belt and Road" should focus and first focus on its investment potential and economic effects in Asian countries and regions. This paper provides investment and business environment decision and basis for speeding up enterprise going out in the process of "Belt and Road" construction. Through the empirical analysis and ranking of the investment environment of "Belt and Road" in the countries and regions of the Asian region, it was found that "Belt and Road" was built in the Asian region. In addition to strengthening investment and improvement in existing infrastructure, it is also necessary to pay more attention to the improvement of factor flows and economic performance in the Asian region, thereby enhancing investors' expectations of returns.
