【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略體現(xiàn)了新的時(shí)代中國新的國家追求,它呈現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的內(nèi)外大聯(lián)通性、外向大進(jìn)取性、陸海結(jié)合性三大特征,這就要求邊海防具有新的理念、定位、能力、作用。"一帶一路"與大邊防是中國新時(shí)期國家力量和智慧的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" embodies the new national pursuit of China in the new era. It shows three characteristics: strong internal and external connection, extroversion, and combination of land and sea. This requires the frontier and coastal defense to have a new concept, orientation, and ability. Belt and Road and Great Frontier Defense are the embodiment of China's national strength and wisdom in the new period.
