【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國"一帶一路"產(chǎn)能合作規(guī)模迅速增長,參與的主體和產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)多元化特點,合作方式也日益多樣化。但是由于我國與"一帶一路"沿線國家開展產(chǎn)能合作還處于起步階段,不可避免具有規(guī)模小、問題多和風(fēng)險大等特征,在今后"走出去"實踐中,建立完善促進產(chǎn)能合作的體制機制和支持服務(wù)體系是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
[Abstract]:At present, the scale of production capacity cooperation of "Belt and Road" in China is growing rapidly, and the main bodies and industries involved are characterized by diversification. However, due to the fact that China's cooperation with countries along the route of "Belt and Road" is still in its infancy, it is inevitable that it will be characterized by small scale, many problems and great risks. It is urgent to establish and improve the institutional mechanism and support service system for promoting capacity cooperation.
