【摘要】："一帶一路"的重點(diǎn)在于加強(qiáng)政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通、民心相通。當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)國外都在積極推動(dòng)"五通"目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),"五通"發(fā)展已取得初步進(jìn)展。通過加強(qiáng)"五通",以點(diǎn)帶面,從線到片,逐步形成區(qū)域大合作,共同構(gòu)建開放、包容、均衡、普惠的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作構(gòu)架。
[Abstract]:The focus of "Belt and Road" is to strengthen policy communication, facilities connectivity, smooth trade, capital financing, and mutual understanding among the people. At present, Domestic and foreign countries are actively promoting the realization of the "five links," and the development of the "five links" has made initial progress. By strengthening the "five links," gradually forming regional cooperation from line to film, through strengthening the "five links," we will jointly build an open, inclusive and balanced relationship.
