鄭州口岸在“一帶一路”建設(shè)中的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)

【摘要】:鄭州原有的地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、交通樞紐地位、人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)為鄭州口岸發(fā)展物流業(yè)和承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移提供了強(qiáng)勁競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí),口岸的建設(shè)也促進(jìn)鄭州招商引資規(guī)模和進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。在新一輪對(duì)外開(kāi)放和"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中,鄭州口岸在貿(mào)易暢通和設(shè)施相通等方面依然存在瓶頸,并且出現(xiàn)口岸建設(shè)與本土原有優(yōu)勢(shì)經(jīng)濟(jì)脫鉤的現(xiàn)象。鄭州口岸應(yīng)統(tǒng)籌兼顧新老產(chǎn)業(yè)的過(guò)渡轉(zhuǎn)型,發(fā)揮交通地理優(yōu)勢(shì)全力打造物流業(yè),發(fā)揮人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)吸引出口加工業(yè),重視市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)行促進(jìn)口岸的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Zhengzhou's original geographical location advantages, transportation hub status, human resources advantages for Zhengzhou port to develop logistics industry and undertake the transfer of eastern industries to provide a strong competitiveness at the same time. The construction of ports has also promoted the growth of the scale of investment and import and export trade and the optimization of industrial structure in Zhengzhou. In the new round of opening to the outside world and the "Belt and Road" strategy. There are still bottlenecks in the aspects of smooth trade and common facilities at Zhengzhou Port, and the phenomenon of port construction decoupling from the native superior economy. Zhengzhou Port should take into account the transition of new and old industries as a whole. Give full play to the advantages of transportation geography to create logistics industry, to play the advantage of human resources to attract the export processing industry, to attach importance to market-oriented operation to promote the long-term development of ports.
