【摘要】：自古以來,中國與東南亞的文化交流就非常頻繁。兩千多年的文化交流,中國與東南亞形成了許多共享非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。這些遺產(chǎn)有的經(jīng)過數(shù)代人的創(chuàng)新,煥發(fā)出驚人活力;有的缺乏創(chuàng)新形式,面臨消亡危機。以"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為制度構建機遇,成立專門保護組織,將華僑華人和其他認可的人認定為共享非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表性傳承人,通過創(chuàng)新共享非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承和宣傳形式,構建自我監(jiān)督機制、糾紛解決機制和協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)范機制,形成系統(tǒng)的共享非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護制度,有利于中國與東南亞共享非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承和保護。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, cultural exchanges between China and Southeast Asia have been very frequent. After more than 2,000 years of cultural exchanges, China and Southeast Asia have formed many intangible cultural heritage, some of which have undergone generations of innovation. Radiate amazing vitality; Some lack of innovative form and face the crisis of extinction. Take the "Belt and Road" strategy as the system construction opportunity, set up the special protection organization. Overseas Chinese and other recognized people will be recognized as the representative heritage of intangible cultural heritage sharing, through innovation sharing intangible cultural heritage inheritance and publicity form, to build a self-supervision mechanism. The dispute resolution mechanism and the coordination and standardization mechanism will form a systematic system of sharing intangible cultural heritage protection, which is conducive to the inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage shared between China and Southeast Asia.
