【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷深入,世界各國在貿(mào)易和金融等領(lǐng)域的聯(lián)系日益密切。我國也積極融入到經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展趨勢中,不斷提升我國經(jīng)濟的開放程度。2013年我國提出的“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略帶動了雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展和對外直接投資的增長,對我國商業(yè)銀行海外金融業(yè)務(wù)提出了新的需求。2009年以來人民幣國際化進(jìn)程加速推進(jìn),2015年11月IMF將人民幣納入特別提款權(quán)(SDR)貨幣籃不僅是人民幣國際化取得的關(guān)鍵性成果,而且是我國商業(yè)銀行國際化的重要發(fā)展機遇。因此,當(dāng)前是我國商業(yè)銀行配合國家戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn)跨國經(jīng)營的重要機遇期。本文首先對我國商業(yè)銀行國際化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及特點進(jìn)行分析,然后對銀行國際化的影響因素進(jìn)行梳理和分析,并根據(jù)本文需要選取影響我國商業(yè)銀行國際化的因素。文章的核心內(nèi)容是,選取我國九家商業(yè)銀行作為研究對象,通過構(gòu)建模型分別對影響其國際化的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行實證檢驗,包括銀行自身因素、母國相關(guān)因素和東道國相關(guān)因素,最終根據(jù)實證檢驗結(jié)果提出我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, countries in the world in the field of trade and finance are increasingly close, and China is also actively integrated into the development trend of economic globalization. In 2013, China put forward the "Belt and Road" strategy to promote the development of bilateral trade and the growth of foreign direct investment. A new demand has been put forward for the overseas financial business of Chinese commercial banks. Since 2009, the internationalization of RMB has been accelerated. In November 2015, IMF included RMB into SDR (SDR) currency basket, which is not only the key achievement of RMB internationalization. It is also an important development opportunity for the internationalization of commercial banks in China. At present, it is an important opportunity period for Chinese commercial banks to cooperate with national strategy to promote transnational operation. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development and characteristics of the internationalization of Chinese commercial banks. Then the factors affecting the internationalization of banks are combed and analyzed, and the factors that affect the internationalization of commercial banks in China are selected according to the needs of this paper. The core content of the article is. Nine commercial banks in China are selected as the research object, and empirical tests are made on the relevant factors that affect their internationalization by constructing models, including the bank itself, the home country and the host country. Finally, according to the empirical test results, the paper puts forward the policy recommendations for the internationalization development of commercial banks in China.
