基于人機互動的任務中斷管理研究述評

【摘要】:科技的發(fā)展增加了人機互動中任務中斷現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,任務中斷管理(Task Interruption Management,TIM)成為工作取得成功日益重要的部分。TIM研究主要采用中斷消極影響減少和中斷價值評估兩種范式,基于記憶的理論、多重資源管理理論和中斷管理模型為TIM提供了理論基礎(chǔ),在此基礎(chǔ)上研究者發(fā)展出基于用戶和基于環(huán)境的中斷管理方法。未來研究需從關(guān)注中斷的積極影響、內(nèi)部中斷、人的因素尤其是情感性和社會性因素入手加強TIM研究。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology has increased the occurrence of task interruption in human-computer interaction. Task interrupt management (Task Interruption Management,TIM) has become an increasingly important part of the success of the work. Tim research mainly adopts two paradigm: interrupt negative impact reduction and interrupt value evaluation. Based on memory theory, multiple resource management theory and interrupt management model provide a theoretical basis for TIM. On this basis, researchers develop user-based and environment-based interrupt management methods. Future research should focus on the positive effects of interruptions, internal interruptions, human factors, especially emotional and social factors to strengthen TIM research.
