上海市長寧區(qū)初中生自殺意念流行現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解長寧區(qū)初中生自殺意念流行狀況及其影響因素,為制定有效降低青少年自殺率的干預(yù)措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法分層整取隨機抽取長寧區(qū)初中生1 011名,應(yīng)用自行設(shè)計的問卷進行匿名封閉式調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1 011名被調(diào)查者中,25.02%曾有過自殺意念,3.17%曾經(jīng)很想自殺,1.78%曾經(jīng)想過實施自殺。女生和男生的自殺意念發(fā)生率分別為27.02%和23.29%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=14.209,P0.01)。不同年級、不同成績水平初中生間自殺意念報告率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為24.468,26.640,P值均0.05),年級越高、成績越差,越容易產(chǎn)生自殺意念。22項生活事件與自殺意念有關(guān)(P值均0.05),其中影響較顯著的為厭學(xué)情緒和家庭施加學(xué)習(xí)壓力(χ~2值分別為127.542,116.451,P值均0.01)。厭學(xué)和受到家庭學(xué)習(xí)壓力的學(xué)生中44.34%,34.76%曾有自殺意念。42項父母教養(yǎng)方式與自殺意念有關(guān)(P值均0.05)。性別、年齡、不喜歡上學(xué)、家庭施加學(xué)習(xí)壓力、父母過分干涉、嚴厲懲罰是學(xué)生產(chǎn)生自殺意念的危險因素(OR值分別為2.143,1.310,2.406,1.302,1.501,1.653)。結(jié)論初中生產(chǎn)生自殺意念與多種影響因素有關(guān),應(yīng)結(jié)合青少年不同的性別、心理、家庭情況等特征制定契合的干預(yù)方法,以降低自殺意念的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of suicide ideation among junior middle school students in Changning district and its influencing factors, and to provide theoretical basis for effective intervention measures to reduce the suicide rate of adolescents. Methods 1 011 junior middle school students in Changning district were randomly selected and investigated anonymously by self-designed questionnaire. Results among the 1 011 respondents, 25.02% had thought of suicide, 3.17% wanted to commit suicide, and 1.78% had thought of committing suicide. The incidence of suicide ideation in girls and boys was 27.02% and 23.29%, respectively, with statistical significance (蠂 ~ 2 / 14.209, P0.01). There was a significant difference in the reporting rate of suicide ideation among junior middle school students in different grades and grades (蠂 ~ 2 = 24.468, 26.640, P < 0.05). The higher the grade, the worse the score was. The more likely to develop suicidal ideation, 22 life events were related to suicidal ideation (P < 0.05), among which the most significant effects were school-weariness and family learning pressure (蠂 ~ 2 = 127.542116.451, P = 0.01). 44.34% and 34.76% of the students who were tired of school and under the pressure of family study had suicidal ideation, and 42 parental rearing styles were related to suicidal ideation (P 0.05). Sex, age, dislike of school, family pressure, excessive parental intervention and severe punishment were risk factors for suicidal ideation among students (OR = 2.143, 1.310, 2.406, 1.302, 1.501, 1.653, respectively). Conclusion suicide ideation in junior middle school students is related to a variety of influencing factors. It should be combined with the characteristics of different gender, psychology, family and other characteristics of adolescents to formulate appropriate intervention methods in order to reduce the formation of suicidal ideation in order to reduce the formation of suicidal ideation.
