【摘要】：目的:從個(gè)人(歸屬感需求)與情境(社會(huì)排斥的兩種類型:社會(huì)拒絕與社會(huì)忽視)交互的視角,探討個(gè)體遭遇社會(huì)排斥后的助人意愿,并解釋以往研究結(jié)果不一致的原因。方法:研究一運(yùn)用社會(huì)排斥的回憶范式,將被試分為控制組、被忽視組和被拒絕組,通過情境問卷測(cè)查其助人意愿;研究二進(jìn)一步測(cè)查被試的歸屬感需求,并測(cè)查被試遭忽視與拒絕后的助人行為意愿。結(jié)果:研究一發(fā)現(xiàn)相較于被忽視和控制組被試,被拒絕的被試表現(xiàn)出更低的助人意愿。研究二驗(yàn)證了研究一的結(jié)果,并發(fā)現(xiàn)歸屬感需求在感知到的社會(huì)拒絕水平與助人意愿的關(guān)系中有顯著調(diào)節(jié)作用。具體而言,相較于歸屬感需求較高的個(gè)體,歸屬感需求較低的個(gè)體感受到高社會(huì)拒絕時(shí),助人意愿下降更為顯著。結(jié)論:遭受社會(huì)拒絕比遭受社會(huì)忽視使人表現(xiàn)出更低的助人意愿,且歸屬感需求在社會(huì)拒絕與助人意愿的關(guān)系中有顯著調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: from the perspective of interaction between individual (sense of belonging needs) and situation (social exclusion: social rejection and social neglect), this paper discusses the willingness of individuals to help others after they encounter social exclusion, and explains the reasons why the results of previous studies are inconsistent. Methods: first, using the recall paradigm of social exclusion, subjects were divided into three groups: control group, neglected group and rejected group, and their willingness to help was measured by situational questionnaire. In the second study, the subjects' sense of belonging needs were further measured, and their willingness to help others after they were ignored or rejected were measured. Results: a study found that the rejected subjects showed a lower willingness to help than those in the neglected and controlled group. Study 2 validates the results of study 1 and finds that sense of belonging needs play a significant role in the relationship between perceived level of social rejection and willingness to help others. In particular, compared with the individuals with higher sense of belonging needs, the individuals with lower sense of belonging need feel the rejection of the high society, and the willingness to help others decreases more significantly than that of the individuals with higher sense of belonging demand. Conclusion: social rejection is lower than social neglect, and the sense of belonging needs play a significant role in regulating the relationship between social rejection and willingness to help others.
