【摘要】：職場(chǎng)孤獨(dú)感是個(gè)體在工作場(chǎng)所中體驗(yàn)到的孤獨(dú)感,包括情感和社交兩個(gè)維度。在介紹其定義、結(jié)構(gòu)和測(cè)量后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有研究總結(jié)出職場(chǎng)孤獨(dú)感的前因與后果。在群體層面上,職場(chǎng)孤獨(dú)感的前因變量包括組織規(guī)模、地位和氣氛;結(jié)果變量包括團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成員交換和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員交換。在個(gè)體層面上,職場(chǎng)孤獨(dú)感的前因變量包括人格特征、職場(chǎng)排斥、工作倦怠、工作過(guò)載、經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和教育水平等;結(jié)果變量包括工作績(jī)效、工作壓力感、工作滿意度、離職傾向和組織承諾等。
[Abstract]:Loneliness in the workplace is a sense of loneliness that individuals experience in the workplace, including emotional and social dimensions. After introducing its definition, structure and measurement, this paper summarizes the causes and consequences of loneliness in the workplace according to the existing research. At the group level, the pre-dependent variables of workplace loneliness include organizational size, status and atmosphere, and the outcome variables include team performance, leadership exchange and team member exchange. At the individual level, the pre-dependent variables of workplace loneliness include personality traits, job exclusion, job burnout, job overload, economic status and educational level. Outcome variables included job performance, job stress, job satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment.
