優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師核心自我評價模型的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:心理咨詢工作是一項(xiàng)專業(yè)的助人工作,心理咨詢師是這項(xiàng)工作的主體,咨詢師自身的人格是心理咨詢中的重要影響因素之一,但在實(shí)際的咨詢工作中,心理咨詢從業(yè)者更多的是關(guān)注心理咨詢的理論和技術(shù),往往忽略了咨詢師本身的人格特質(zhì),而咨詢師的人格特質(zhì)會關(guān)系到咨詢的過程和助人的效果。核心自我評價是近年來興起的新的人格研究取向,它是指個體對自身價值和能力的最基本的評價和估計,是一種總體的、潛在的人格結(jié)構(gòu)。研究證明,核心自我評價對工作績效和工作滿意度有重要的影響作用。因此,本研究從核心自我評價這一新的人格研究取向出發(fā),運(yùn)用行為事件訪談法,著手構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師核心自我評價模型,以探究心理咨詢師核心自我評價對咨詢效果的影響。本研究以心理咨詢師為研究對象,通過對20名心理咨詢師進(jìn)行行為事件訪談來建立優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師的核心自我評價模型。行為事件訪談是一種回顧式、開放式的行為觀察技術(shù),通過受訪者對職業(yè)生涯中關(guān)鍵的4—6件工作事件(一半是成功事件,一半是失敗事件)進(jìn)行回顧,來獲得研究資料,最后通過對訪談資料的分析、編碼、統(tǒng)計檢驗(yàn)來建立優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師的核心自我評價模型。最后本研究得出的結(jié)論為:第一、本研究構(gòu)建的優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師核心自我評價模型包括四個類別,共十四項(xiàng)核心自我評價特質(zhì):善良,悲憫;才干,成就動機(jī)、專業(yè)自信、洞察力、秩序性、責(zé)任心、反思;情緒性,耐心、平和;人際關(guān)系,真誠、溫暖、熱情、包容、理解。第二、優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師核心自我評價模型的信度良好,在本研究中,兩個編碼人對各項(xiàng)核心自我評價特質(zhì)編碼的編碼一致性系數(shù)CA=80.09%。第三、心理咨詢師績效優(yōu)異組和績效一般組在各個核心自我評價特質(zhì)出現(xiàn)的總頻次上存在顯著差異,績效優(yōu)異組咨詢師核心自我評價特質(zhì)出現(xiàn)的總頻次高于績效一般組,這說明績效優(yōu)異組的心理咨詢師會在咨詢中更多地表現(xiàn)出核心自我評價特質(zhì)。第四、績效優(yōu)異組和績效一般組在行為事件訪談的時間和訪談所得文字稿的字?jǐn)?shù)上都不存在顯著差異,這說明行為事件訪談的長度不會影響績效優(yōu)異組和績效一般組在核心自我評價特質(zhì)上的差異。第五、與甘怡群等人提出的中國人核心自我評價理論相比,本研究構(gòu)建的優(yōu)秀心理咨詢師核心自我評價模型有兩個維度是與之類似的,分別是善良、才干。另外還有兩個維度是心理咨詢師獨(dú)有的,分別是情緒性和人際關(guān)系,這說明了心理咨詢師的獨(dú)特性,與普通人相比,心理咨詢師更善于調(diào)節(jié)自己的情緒,與他人建立關(guān)系的能力也更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Psychological counseling is a professional work of helping people, psychological counselor is the main body of this work, the counselor's own personality is one of the important factors in psychological counseling, but in the actual consulting work, Psychological counseling practitioners pay more attention to the theory and technology of psychological counseling, and often ignore the personality traits of counselors themselves. However, the personality traits of counselors are related to the process of counseling and the effect of helping others. Core self-evaluation is a new personality research orientation which has emerged in recent years. It refers to the most basic evaluation and estimation of individual's own value and ability. It is a kind of general and potential personality structure. It has been proved that core self-evaluation plays an important role in job performance and job satisfaction. Therefore, starting from the new personality research orientation of core self-evaluation, this study sets out to construct the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselors by means of behavioral event interview. In order to explore the psychological counselor core self-evaluation of the effect of consultation. In this study, the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselors was established by conducting behavioral event interviews with 20 psychological counselors. Behavioral event interviews are retrospective, open-ended behavioral observation techniques that enable respondents to review 6 key career-critical work events (half success events and half failures) to obtain research data. Finally, the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselor is established by analyzing, coding and statistical testing of interview data. Finally, the conclusions of this study are as follows: first, the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselors constructed in this study includes four categories, totally 14 core self-evaluation traits: kindness and compassion; Talent, achievement motivation, professional confidence, insight, order, sense of responsibility, reflection; emotion, patience, peace; interpersonal relationships, sincerity, warmth, enthusiasm, inclusiveness, understanding. Second, the reliability of the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselors is good. In this study, two coders' coding consistency coefficient (CA=80.09%.) for the core self-evaluation trait codes of each core self-evaluation was obtained. Third, there were significant differences in the total frequency of the core self-evaluation traits between the excellent performance group and the general performance group, and the total frequency of the core self-evaluation trait appeared in the excellent performance group was higher than that in the general performance group. This shows that the psychological counselors in the excellent performance group show more core self-evaluation characteristics in the counseling. Fourthly, there is no significant difference between the excellent performance group and the general performance group in terms of the time of the behavior event interview and the number of words in the interview text. This shows that the length of behavioral event interviews does not affect the differences in core self-evaluation traits between the excellent performance group and the general performance group. Fifthly, compared with the core self-evaluation theory of Chinese people put forward by Gan Yiqun and others, the core self-evaluation model of excellent psychological counselors constructed in this study has two dimensions similar to it, namely, kindness and ability. There are also two dimensions that are unique to counselors, emotional and interpersonal, which shows the uniqueness of counselors, who are better at adjusting their emotions than ordinary people. The ability to build relationships with others is also stronger.
