【摘要】：本研究在對心理咨詢師生命意義、職業(yè)動機、職業(yè)倦怠的相關(guān)文獻進行梳理的基礎上,以國內(nèi)491位心理咨詢師作為研究對象,以“生命意義問卷”(MLQ)、“成為心理治療師的影響因素問卷”(IBT)和“職業(yè)倦怠問卷”(MBI-GS)為工具,進行問卷調(diào)查,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)心理咨詢師生命意義、職業(yè)動機和職業(yè)倦怠的一些共同特點,它們在人口統(tǒng)計學變量上的差異,以及生命意義和職業(yè)動機對職業(yè)倦怠的影響機制。具體結(jié)論如下:(1)心理咨詢師的生命意義體驗和生命意義尋求都在中等偏上水平,其中生命意義體驗水平高于生命意義尋求。(2)心理咨詢師的職業(yè)動機由強到弱分別為職業(yè)利他、自我與人際和諧、追求卓越、職業(yè)回報、人際卷入動機。(3)心理咨詢師的職業(yè)倦怠處于中等偏下水平,其中心理咨詢師的情緒衰竭水平最高,成就感低落水平次之,玩世不恭水平最低。(4)心理咨詢師的生命意義、職業(yè)動機、職業(yè)倦怠均受年齡、從業(yè)年限、平均每周咨詢時數(shù)的影響,而不受性別和學歷的影響。(5)心理咨詢師的生命意義體驗能顯著負向影響職業(yè)倦怠,生命意義尋求能顯著正向影響職業(yè)倦怠。(6)心理咨詢師的職業(yè)動機在生命意義和職業(yè)倦怠間起中介作用。即,心理咨詢師的生命意義通過職業(yè)利他動機、自我與人際和諧動機、人際卷入動機影響職業(yè)倦怠水平。根據(jù)本研究結(jié)果,針對心理咨詢師個人和心理咨詢機構(gòu)如何提升心理咨詢師的生命意義、覺察職業(yè)動機和預防職業(yè)倦怠,推動心理咨詢師職業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,提出了一些建設性意見。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the relevant literature on life significance, career motivation and job burnout of psychological counselors, this study took 491 psychological counselors in China as the research object, and took the Life significance questionnaire (MLQ),) as the research object. (IBT) and MBI-GS were used to investigate the influence factors of psychotherapists, and the significance of life of psychological counselors in China was found through data analysis. Some common characteristics of career motivation and job burnout, their differences in demographic variables, and the influence mechanism of life meaning and career motivation on job burnout. The specific conclusions are as follows: (1) the experience of life meaning and the seeking of life meaning of psychological counselors are at the middle level. The level of life meaning experience is higher than that of life meaning seeking. (2) the career motivation of psychological counselors from strong to weak is professional altruism, self and interpersonal harmony, pursuit of excellence, career return. Interpersonal involvement motivation. (3) the psychological counselors' job burnout was at the middle and lower level, in which the psychological counselors had the highest level of emotional exhaustion, the second was the low level of sense of achievement. The level of cynicism is the lowest. (4) the significance of life, career motivation and job burnout of psychological counselors are all affected by age, working years and average weekly consultation hours. (5) the life meaning experience of psychological counselors can significantly negatively affect job burnout. Life meaning seeking can significantly positively affect job burnout. (6) the career motivation of psychological counselors plays an intermediary role between life meaning and job burnout. That is, the life significance of psychological counselors affects the level of job burnout through career altruism motivation, self and interpersonal harmony motivation and interpersonal involvement motivation. According to the results of this study, in order to promote the healthy development of psychological counselors' profession, how to enhance the life significance of psychological counselors, to detect career motivation and to prevent burnout, is how to promote the healthy development of psychological counselors. Some constructive suggestions were put forward.
