認(rèn)知心理學(xué)視閾下的情報(bào)服務(wù)研究
[Abstract]:The information age has provided a good development environment for the information service work. The most basic purpose of the information service work is to meet the various intelligence needs of all kinds of intelligence users and to provide the information resources needed by the users in the most effective way. At present, the utilization rate of intelligence resources is still very low, and the actual application of information resources is far less than that of people with intelligence needs. The work of information service is the key to improve the utilization rate of information resources, and the improvement of the efficiency of information service is an important way to promote the utilization of information resources. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of information services has become the focus of this study. This paper, from the perspective of cognitive psychology, has carried out a systematic study of information service, aiming at analyzing and studying the cognitive psychological activities of intelligence service personnel and users in the process of information service. To find out the cognitive factors that affect the performance of intelligence service personnel and users in intelligence activities, and how it affects the mechanism of information service is studied and explained in detail. Finally, from the three angles of intelligence service personnel, intelligence users and intelligence agencies, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of information service, thus providing the direction for reference and reference for the development of information service in the future.
