【摘要】：幸福是人們所不斷追尋的。隨著科技的進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人人所關(guān)注的幸福感進(jìn)入了科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域。教師作為一個重要而特殊的人類職業(yè),職業(yè)幸福感的高低不僅關(guān)系教師自身的幸福,甚至影響到下一代的幸福,重視教師的職業(yè)幸福感有著重要意義。本文主要探討民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感的狀況,并根據(jù)對其現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果及相關(guān)理論,對職業(yè)幸福感低的教師進(jìn)行團(tuán)體心理咨詢干預(yù),來提高其職業(yè)幸福感。本研究分兩個部分進(jìn)行:第一部分中,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式了解景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感的現(xiàn)狀。同時了解教師職業(yè)壓力與職業(yè)認(rèn)同情況;并分別探討教師職業(yè)幸福感與影響因素之間的關(guān)系,為第二部分團(tuán)體干預(yù)方案的設(shè)計做基礎(chǔ)。第二部分中,根據(jù)第一部分的研究結(jié)果及相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合團(tuán)體心理咨詢理論、技術(shù)以及職業(yè)幸福感研究的相關(guān)結(jié)果自行編制針對教師職業(yè)幸福感的團(tuán)體心理咨詢方案;并對職業(yè)幸福感狀況不良的教師實施干預(yù)。本文得出的主要結(jié)論有:1.民辦小學(xué)教師存在職業(yè)幸福感狀況,整體中等偏上程度。2.民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感在不同的年齡、性別以及職稱方面具有顯著差異;受學(xué)歷、任教學(xué)科和擔(dān)任班主任年限的影響的差異不顯著。3.職業(yè)壓力及其六個維度與景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感呈較高的相關(guān)性,且有顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。表明景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)壓力越大,職業(yè)幸福感越低。4.職業(yè)認(rèn)同及其四個維度與景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感呈較高的相關(guān)性,且具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果表明,景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同越高,職業(yè)幸福感越高。5.圍繞職業(yè)壓力與職業(yè)認(rèn)同兩個方面進(jìn)行職業(yè)幸福感的提升,干預(yù)前后景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感平均分差異顯著,表明本研究通過團(tuán)體心理咨詢提升職業(yè)幸福感的方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:Happiness is what people keep looking for. With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, the happiness that everyone pays attention to has entered the field of scientific research. Teachers as an important and special human occupation, the level of professional well-being not only relates to the well-being of teachers themselves, and even affects the well-being of the next generation. It is of great significance to attach importance to the professional well-being of teachers. This paper mainly discusses the status of professional well-being of private primary school teachers, and according to the survey results and related theories, the teachers with low occupational well-being are treated with group psychological counseling to improve their occupational well-being. This research is divided into two parts: in the first part, we know the present situation of teachers' occupational well-being in Jingdezhen private primary school by questionnaire. At the same time, the author explores the relationship between teachers' occupational well-being and influencing factors, and makes a foundation for the design of the second part of the group intervention program. In the second part, according to the first part of the research results and related theories, and combined with the group psychological counseling theory, technical and occupational well-being research results of the group psychological counseling program for teachers' occupational well-being; And to the professional well-being of teachers in poor state of intervention. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Private primary school teachers have the status of occupational well-being, the overall average degree of higher. 2. There were significant differences in professional well-being of private primary school teachers in different age, gender and professional title, while there was no significant difference in the influence of academic qualifications, teaching subjects and the number of years of class teacher. 3. Occupational stress and its six dimensions were significantly correlated with the professional well-being of private primary school teachers in Jingdezhen. It shows that the greater the occupational pressure of teachers in Jingdezhen private primary school, the lower the occupational well-being. 4. 4. Professional identity and its four dimensions are highly correlated with the professional well-being of private primary school teachers in Jingdezhen, and have statistical significance. The result shows that the higher the professional identity of teachers in Jingdezhen private primary school, the higher the occupational well-being. The average scores of occupational well-being of teachers in private primary schools in Jingdezhen before and after intervention were significantly different from those before and after the intervention, focusing on the two aspects of occupational stress and professional identity. The results show that the method of improving occupational well-being through group counseling is feasible.
