景德鎮(zhèn)市民辦小學(xué)教師職業(yè)幸福感及干預(yù)研究
[Abstract]:Happiness is what people keep looking for. With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, the happiness that everyone pays attention to has entered the field of scientific research. Teachers as an important and special human occupation, the level of professional well-being not only relates to the well-being of teachers themselves, and even affects the well-being of the next generation. It is of great significance to attach importance to the professional well-being of teachers. This paper mainly discusses the status of professional well-being of private primary school teachers, and according to the survey results and related theories, the teachers with low occupational well-being are treated with group psychological counseling to improve their occupational well-being. This research is divided into two parts: in the first part, we know the present situation of teachers' occupational well-being in Jingdezhen private primary school by questionnaire. At the same time, the author explores the relationship between teachers' occupational well-being and influencing factors, and makes a foundation for the design of the second part of the group intervention program. In the second part, according to the first part of the research results and related theories, and combined with the group psychological counseling theory, technical and occupational well-being research results of the group psychological counseling program for teachers' occupational well-being; And to the professional well-being of teachers in poor state of intervention. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Private primary school teachers have the status of occupational well-being, the overall average degree of higher. 2. There were significant differences in professional well-being of private primary school teachers in different age, gender and professional title, while there was no significant difference in the influence of academic qualifications, teaching subjects and the number of years of class teacher. 3. Occupational stress and its six dimensions were significantly correlated with the professional well-being of private primary school teachers in Jingdezhen. It shows that the greater the occupational pressure of teachers in Jingdezhen private primary school, the lower the occupational well-being. 4. 4. Professional identity and its four dimensions are highly correlated with the professional well-being of private primary school teachers in Jingdezhen, and have statistical significance. The result shows that the higher the professional identity of teachers in Jingdezhen private primary school, the higher the occupational well-being. The average scores of occupational well-being of teachers in private primary schools in Jingdezhen before and after intervention were significantly different from those before and after the intervention, focusing on the two aspects of occupational stress and professional identity. The results show that the method of improving occupational well-being through group counseling is feasible.
