《考試心理生理輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》對(duì)生理喚醒主導(dǎo)型考試焦慮的適用性研究

【摘要】:2014年3月19日北京師范大學(xué)中國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心舉行區(qū)域教育質(zhì)量健康指數(shù)發(fā)布會(huì),公布全國(guó)首套區(qū)域教育質(zhì)量健康狀況“體檢指標(biāo)”,調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2012年全國(guó)初二年級(jí)58%的學(xué)生存在嚴(yán)重的考試焦慮情緒,因此編制一本適合初中、高中考生的,具有科學(xué)性、指導(dǎo)性、操作性的考試焦慮團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)是必要的。 本研究從生理喚醒主導(dǎo)型考試焦慮的角度撰寫團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè),對(duì)本方向前期研究成果《考試焦慮生理喚醒問卷》進(jìn)行修訂,然后結(jié)合鄭日昌《考試焦慮診斷量表》,調(diào)查初三、高三學(xué)生的生理喚醒主導(dǎo)型考試焦慮的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn);根據(jù)前期團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的錄音材料,采用協(xié)商一致的質(zhì)性研究方法和歸納法分析、概括出考試焦慮團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的常用技術(shù),構(gòu)成手冊(cè)主要內(nèi)容之一?偨Y(jié)導(dǎo)師關(guān)于初三、高三學(xué)生考試焦慮心理問題干預(yù)的小組輔導(dǎo)和個(gè)案咨詢資料,最終形成《考試心理生理輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》;通過實(shí)驗(yàn),,檢驗(yàn)手冊(cè)在主試方面的適用性,即不同使用者使用該手冊(cè)對(duì)團(tuán)體成員實(shí)施輔導(dǎo)后,其輔導(dǎo)效果相似。本研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)修訂后的《考試焦慮生理喚醒問卷》由15個(gè)條目組成,具有良好的信效度,能夠反映初三、高三學(xué)生考試焦慮生理喚醒的真實(shí)情況。(2)通過《考試焦慮生理喚醒問卷》和《考試焦慮診斷量表》對(duì)初三、高三年級(jí)學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè),調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn):初三高三學(xué)生的考試焦慮生理喚醒水平存在年級(jí)差異,具體表現(xiàn)在性別、(非)獨(dú)生子女、文理科、家庭所在地、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、父母婚姻狀況方面存在不同。(3)《考試心理生理輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》主要包括手冊(cè)使用者、適用對(duì)象、實(shí)施目標(biāo)、使用程序、被試篩選工具及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、手冊(cè)使用的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,具體實(shí)施方案等幾個(gè)部分組成。(4)經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的研究,檢驗(yàn)手冊(cè)在主試效應(yīng)方面的適用效果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組A與實(shí)驗(yàn)組B被試的考試焦慮、考試焦慮生理喚醒程度、心率、血壓都存在不同程度的降低且考試成績(jī)提高,修訂的《考試心理生理輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》在主試方面具有普適效果。
[Abstract]:On March 19, 2014, the China basic Education quality Monitoring and Innovation Center of Beijing normal University held a regional education quality and health index conference, which published the first set of "physical examination indicators" of the country's regional education quality and health status. The survey data showed that, In 2012, 58% of the students in grade two of junior high school had serious test anxiety, so it is necessary to compile a scientific, instructive and operable group guidance manual for junior high school and senior middle school students. From the point of view of physiological arousal leading test anxiety, this study wrote a group psychological guidance manual, revised the test anxiety physiological arousal questionnaire, and then combined with Zheng Yichang's Test anxiety Diagnostic scale. To investigate the current situation and characteristics of physiological arousal leading test anxiety of junior high school and junior high school students; According to the recording materials of group counseling in the early stage, the common techniques of group counseling for test anxiety are summarized by means of qualitative research method and inductive analysis, which constitute one of the main contents of the manual. To summarize the tutors' group counseling and case consultation materials on the intervention of the psychological problems of the third and the third grade students, and finally to form the Psychological and physiological Counseling Manual of the examination; Through the experiment, the applicability of the manual in the main test is tested, that is, after different users use the manual to coach the group members, the effect of guidance is similar. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the revised physiological arousal questionnaire for examination anxiety is composed of 15 items, which has good reliability and validity and can reflect the third grade. The real situation of physiological arousal of test anxiety in senior three students. (2) through the questionnaire of physiological arousal of examination anxiety and the Diagnostic scale of examination anxiety, the students of Grade 3 and Grade 3 were tested. The survey data show that there are grade differences in the level of physical arousal of test anxiety among junior high school students, which are manifested in gender, (not) only child, arts and science, family location, and economic situation. There are differences in the marital status of parents. (3) the Handbook of Psychological and physiological Counseling for examinations mainly includes manual users, applicable objects, implementation objectives, using procedures, screening tools and standards of subjects, and relevant contents of the manual. (4) through the study of the quasi-experimental design of the experimental group and the control group, the applicable effect of the manual in the main test effect is tested. After group counseling, the test anxiety, physiological arousal degree, heart rate and blood pressure of subjects in experimental group A and group B were decreased, and the test scores were improved. The revised Psychological and physiological guidance Manual of the examination has universal effect in the subject test.
