【摘要】：伴隨物質(zhì)生活的豐富,越來越多的身心疾病困擾著現(xiàn)代人,如今冠心病便是其中嚴(yán)重影響人類健康的一大身心疾病。在心理學(xué)界A型人格亦被稱為“冠心病”性格,即A型人格患冠心病的幾率更大,在冠心病群體中A型人格占的比例很高。A型人格的特征表現(xiàn)在哪幾個(gè)方面呢?哪些因素影響A型人格的形成和發(fā)展呢?是否可以用羅夏墨跡測驗(yàn)測出A型人格的內(nèi)在心理特質(zhì)呢?有關(guān)于這些問題的研究可以幫助我們了解A型人格的特征表現(xiàn),提前篩查和預(yù)測出容易患冠心病的群體,對促進(jìn)身心疾病的預(yù)防和治療具有重要意義。常用的A型人格測量方法主要是訪談法和問卷法,羅夏墨跡測驗(yàn)既具有訪談法的靈活性,又具有問卷法的結(jié)構(gòu)性,在施測中可以消除客觀量表測驗(yàn)中容易出現(xiàn)的敷衍了事、中庸或極端的作答傾向等測量偏差,更加有效的揭示出被試者的心理功能。由于羅夏墨跡測驗(yàn)的特殊性,本研究采用自愿參與的原則,同時(shí)使用羅夏墨跡測驗(yàn)和A型人格問卷張伯源修訂版進(jìn)行對比研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)A型人格在是否患有冠心病這一因素上存在顯著差異。在中老年被試中,女性比男性的A型人格更加明顯。在女性被試中,非獨(dú)生子女的A型人格特征比獨(dú)生子女突出。(2)羅夏墨跡測驗(yàn)中的八個(gè)變量m(非生命物體的運(yùn)動),Zd(信息輸入中的掃描效率),Xu% (獨(dú)特反應(yīng)在總反應(yīng)中所占的比例),DR (不恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z句和冗余),AG(攻擊反應(yīng)),GHR (好的人類反應(yīng))和PHR (壞的人類反應(yīng)),PER(個(gè)人化回答)能有效的預(yù)測A型人格,其中m、PHR、GHRPHR解釋效度更高。
[Abstract]:With the enrichment of material life, more and more physical and mental diseases are puzzling modern people. Nowadays, coronary heart disease is one of the major diseases that seriously affect human health. In psychology, type A personality is also called "coronary heart disease" personality, that is, type A personality is more likely to suffer from coronary heart disease, the proportion of type A personality in coronary heart disease group is very high. What are the characteristics of type A personality? What factors affect the formation and development of type A personality? Can the Rorschach ink test be used to measure the psychological characteristics of type A personality? The study on these problems can help us to understand the characteristics of type A personality and to screen and predict the population prone to coronary heart disease in advance. It is of great significance to promote the prevention and treatment of physical and mental diseases. The common type A personality measurement methods are mainly interview and questionnaire. Rorschach ink test has not only the flexibility of interview method, but also the structure of questionnaire method, which can eliminate the perfunctory task that is easy to appear in objective scale test. Measurement deviation such as moderate or extreme tendency to answer reveals the psychological function of the subjects more effectively. Because of the particularity of Rorschach ink test, this study adopts the principle of voluntary participation, and uses the Rorschach ink test and the revised version of type A personality questionnaire Zhang Boyuan to carry out a comparative study. The results showed that: (1) Type A personality had significant difference in coronary heart disease (CHD). The type A personality of women was more obvious than that of men. In female subjects, the type A personality characteristics of non-only children were more prominent than those of only children. (2) the eight variables m in Rorschach ink test (scanning efficiency in inanimate), Zd (information input), Xu% (proportion of unique response to total response), DR (inappropriate statements and redundant), AG (attacks respond to), GHR ('s good human response and PHR (bad human response), PER (personal answer) can effectively predict type A personality, among which the interpretation validity of mPHR-GHRPHR is higher.
