高中生心理控制源、時(shí)間管理傾向與成就動(dòng)機(jī)的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的:本著理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的原則,深入了解高中生心理控制源、時(shí)間管理傾向和成就動(dòng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn),多角度探討高中生心理控制源、時(shí)間管理傾向和成就動(dòng)機(jī)的群體特征和三者之間的相互關(guān)系,為學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)合理的對(duì)自我對(duì)事件的歸因、對(duì)時(shí)間的支配和對(duì)成功的追求提供切實(shí)可行的依據(jù)。方法:主要以《內(nèi)在—外在心理控制源量表》、黃希庭和張志杰編制的《青少年時(shí)間管理傾向量表》以及《成就動(dòng)機(jī)量表》為研究工具,對(duì)我校551名普通高中學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:(1)高中生心理控制源屬于偏內(nèi)控型,在年級(jí)變量上存在顯著差異,在性別、住宿條件和家庭來源變量上不存在顯著差異;高中生時(shí)間管理傾向整體處于中等偏上水平,在年級(jí)和性別變量上存在顯著差異,在住宿條件和家庭來源變量上不存在顯著差異;高中生成就動(dòng)機(jī)高于平均水平,在年級(jí)、性別和住宿條件變量上存在顯著差異,在家庭來源變量上不存在顯著差異。(2)心理控制源與時(shí)間管理傾向及其三個(gè)維度呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),即內(nèi)控的學(xué)生在時(shí)間管理傾向及其三個(gè)維度上得分高,而外控學(xué)生得分低。(3)心理控制源與成就動(dòng)機(jī)呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),內(nèi)控的學(xué)生在追求成功的動(dòng)機(jī)水平上得分高,而外控的學(xué)生在避免失敗的動(dòng)機(jī)水平上得分高。(4)時(shí)間管理傾向及其三個(gè)維度與成就動(dòng)機(jī)呈顯著相關(guān),即追求成功的動(dòng)機(jī)水平與時(shí)間管理傾向總分及其三個(gè)維度呈顯著正相關(guān),避免失敗的動(dòng)機(jī)水平與時(shí)間管理傾向及其三個(gè)維度均呈負(fù)相關(guān)。(5)心理控制源對(duì)時(shí)間管理傾向及其各維度有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)力,時(shí)間管理傾向及其各維度對(duì)成就動(dòng)機(jī)有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)力,即心理控制源通過時(shí)間管理傾向?qū)Τ删蛣?dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論:高中生隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)越趨內(nèi)控,時(shí)間管理能力和成就動(dòng)機(jī)亦越強(qiáng),男生的時(shí)間管理能力和成就動(dòng)機(jī)均高于女生,走讀生的成就動(dòng)機(jī)高于住校生,同時(shí)心理控制源、時(shí)間管理傾向與成就動(dòng)機(jī)之間存在著密切的關(guān)系,時(shí)間管理傾向在心理控制源與成就動(dòng)機(jī)之間起著中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the principle of combining theory with practice, to deeply understand the characteristics of high school students' psychological locus of control, time management tendency and achievement motivation, and to probe into the locus of psychological control of high school students from various angles. The group characteristics of time management tendency and achievement motivation and the relationship among them provide a practical basis for students to learn to attribute themselves to events scientifically and reasonably, to control time and to pursue success. Methods: the Intrinsic and extrinsic locus of Control scale, the Adolescent time Management disposition scale developed by Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie, and the Achievement motivation scale were used as the research tools. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 551 ordinary high school students in our school. Results: (1) the locus of control of high school students belongs to the type of partial internal control, there is significant difference in grade variables, but there is no significant difference in sex, accommodation and family source variables; The time management tendency of senior high school students is in the upper middle level, there are significant differences in grade and gender variables, but there is no significant difference in accommodation conditions and family source variables; The achievement motivation of high school students was higher than the average level, and there were significant differences in grade, sex and accommodation variables. There was no significant difference in family source variables. (2) there was a significant negative correlation between locus of control and time management disposition and its three dimensions, that is, students with internal control had high scores on time management disposition and their three dimensions. (3) there was a significant negative correlation between locus of control and achievement motivation. (4) time management tendency and its three dimensions were significantly correlated with achievement motivation. That is, the level of motivation for success is positively correlated with the total score of time management inclination and its three dimensions. The level of motivation to avoid failure is negatively correlated with time management tendency and its three dimensions. (5) locus of control has strong predictive power to time management tendency and its dimensions. Time management tendency and its dimensions have strong predictive power to achievement motivation, that is, psychological locus of control has influence on achievement motivation through time management tendency. Conclusion: the higher the age, the stronger the time management ability and achievement motivation of senior high school students, the higher the time management ability and achievement motivation of male students are, the higher the achievement motivation of walk-in students is than that of resident students, and the other is the locus of psychological control. There is a close relationship between time management tendency and achievement motivation, and time management tendency plays an intermediary role between the locus of control and achievement motivation.
