【摘要】：目的:從熱情和能力兩維度考察權(quán)力刻板印象的內(nèi)容及其對(duì)自發(fā)特質(zhì)推理的影響。方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)1采用內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn),分別從能力(實(shí)驗(yàn)1a)和熱情(實(shí)驗(yàn)1b)兩個(gè)維度考察權(quán)力刻板印象的內(nèi)容;實(shí)驗(yàn)2采用探測(cè)詞再認(rèn)范式考察權(quán)力刻板印象對(duì)自發(fā)特質(zhì)推理的影響。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)1發(fā)現(xiàn),被試傾向于將高能力詞、低熱情詞與高權(quán)力者相聯(lián)系,傾向于將低能力詞、高熱情詞與低權(quán)力者相聯(lián)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)2發(fā)現(xiàn),被試再認(rèn)熱情特質(zhì)詞的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著長(zhǎng)于再認(rèn)能力特質(zhì)詞,再認(rèn)消極特質(zhì)詞的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著長(zhǎng)于再認(rèn)積極特質(zhì)詞;當(dāng)行為者是高權(quán)力者時(shí),被試再認(rèn)低熱情特質(zhì)詞的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著長(zhǎng)于高熱情特質(zhì)詞;當(dāng)行為者是低權(quán)力者時(shí),被試再認(rèn)低能力特質(zhì)詞的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著長(zhǎng)于高能力特質(zhì)詞。結(jié)論:人們持有高權(quán)力者高能力低熱情、低權(quán)力者低能力高熱情的混合刻板印象;權(quán)力刻板印象對(duì)自發(fā)特質(zhì)推理的影響主要表現(xiàn)為消極權(quán)力刻板印象的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the content of power stereotype and its influence on spontaneous trait reasoning from two dimensions of enthusiasm and ability. Methods: in experiment 1, implicit association test was used to investigate the content of power stereotype from two dimensions: ability (experiment 1a) and enthusiasm (experiment 1b). In experiment 2, the influence of power stereotype on spontaneous trait reasoning was investigated by detecting word recognition paradigm. Results: in experiment 1, the subjects tended to associate high-ability words, low-enthusiasm words with high-power words, low-competence words and high-enthusiasm words with low-power words. Experiment 2 found that the reaction time of positive trait words was significantly longer than that of recognition ability trait words, and that of negative trait words was significantly longer than that of positive trait words. When the actor is a high-power person, the reaction time of the low-enthusiasm trait word is significantly longer than that of the high-enthusiasm trait word, and when the actor is a low-power person, the response of the low-ability trait word is significantly longer than that of the high-competence trait word. Conclusion: people hold the mixed stereotype of high power, low ability and high enthusiasm, and the influence of power stereotype on spontaneous trait reasoning is mainly the effect of negative power stereotype.
