自尊對(duì)人際知覺的影響

【摘要】:人際活動(dòng)中,我們需要對(duì)交往對(duì)象的人格特征、行為習(xí)慣、情緒,以及他對(duì)自己的態(tài)度做出一定的判斷,這個(gè)過程被稱為人際知覺。而在這個(gè)過程中,經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些偏差。而自尊作為影響個(gè)體知情意行的一個(gè)內(nèi)部因素,在人際知覺及其偏差的過程中起著重要的作用。自尊不止有高低水平的分類,高自尊也可分為防御性高自尊和真實(shí)性高自尊。研究一采用真實(shí)的人際交往情境,考察了自尊的高低水平對(duì)個(gè)體人際知覺的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):對(duì)于消極的人際信息,高自尊組的人際知覺得分大于低自尊組的人際知覺得分,差異顯著,F(1,78)=9.48,p0.01;但對(duì)于積極的人際信息,兩組的人際知覺得分差異不顯著,F(1,78)=0.01,p=0.915。研究二進(jìn)一步深入考察不同高自尊類型(防御性高自尊/真實(shí)性高自尊)對(duì)個(gè)體人際知覺的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):防御性高自尊組與真實(shí)性高自尊組的人際知覺差異不顯著。產(chǎn)生這一結(jié)果的原因可能在于我們運(yùn)用的是外顯的測(cè)量方式,在一般情境下可能無(wú)法測(cè)量到防御性高自尊與真實(shí)性高自尊的差異。研究三我們創(chuàng)設(shè)了社會(huì)排斥的情境,深入研究不同高自尊類型個(gè)體的人際知覺差異。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在社會(huì)排斥情境下,防御性高自尊組與真實(shí)性高自尊組對(duì)消極人際信息的知覺差異顯著,F(1,78)=14.95,p0.001;防御性高自尊組在社會(huì)排斥與社會(huì)接納兩種情境下,對(duì)消極人際信息的知覺差異顯著,F(1,78)=5.66,p0.05。結(jié)論:自尊的高低水平對(duì)個(gè)體的人際知覺有影響,且防御性高自尊對(duì)個(gè)體的人際知覺有影響,但這種影響只在社會(huì)排斥的情境下顯現(xiàn)。這是導(dǎo)致以往一些學(xué)者們關(guān)于高低自尊對(duì)人際知覺影響的研究結(jié)果出現(xiàn)差異的原因。
[Abstract]:In interpersonal activities, we need to judge the personality characteristics, behavior habits, emotions and attitudes of the objects of communication. This process is called interpersonal perception. In this process, there are often some deviations. As an internal factor, self-esteem plays an important role in the process of interpersonal perception and deviation. High self-esteem can also be classified into defensive high self-esteem and real high self-esteem. In the first study, the influence of self-esteem level on individual interpersonal perception was investigated by using real interpersonal situations. The results showed that for the negative interpersonal information, the interpersonal perception score of the high self-esteem group was higher than that of the low self-esteem group, the difference was significant (, F (1f78) = 9.48% p0.01, but for the positive interpersonal information, the difference between the two groups was not significant, F (178) = 0.01p0.915. In the second study, the effects of different types of high self-esteem (defensive high self-esteem / real high self-esteem) on individual interpersonal perception were further investigated. The results showed that there was no significant difference in interpersonal perception between defensive high self-esteem group and real high self-esteem group. The reason for this result may be that we use explicit measurement methods, and we may not be able to measure the difference between defensive high self-esteem and real high self-esteem in general situations. In the third study, we created a social exclusion situation and studied the interpersonal perception differences of individuals with different high self-esteem types. The results showed that the difference of perception of negative interpersonal information between defensive high self-esteem group and real high self-esteem group was significant (, F (178) = 14.95% (p 0.001), and defensive high self-esteem group was in two situations of social exclusion and social acceptance. The difference in perception of negative interpersonal information was significant (, F (1 / 78) = 5.66% (p = 0.05). Conclusion: the level of self-esteem has an effect on individual interpersonal perception, and defensive high self-esteem has an effect on individual interpersonal perception, but this effect only appears in the situation of social exclusion. This is the reason for the differences in previous studies on the influence of high and low self-esteem on interpersonal perception.
