【摘要】：吸毒問(wèn)題是嚴(yán)重的世界性的社會(huì)問(wèn)題之一,降低復(fù)吸一直是戒毒工作的重中之重。國(guó)內(nèi)外大量研究表明戒毒人員的消極情緒較之一般人而言更嚴(yán)重,從而在處理問(wèn)題時(shí)更容易產(chǎn)生消極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式,最終導(dǎo)致戒毒人員復(fù)吸。本研究探討了感戴與寬恕、正性情緒和復(fù)吸傾向之間的關(guān)系,并根據(jù)關(guān)系研究的結(jié)果制定了團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案,探討團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的有效性。本研究包括兩個(gè)分研究:研究一:運(yùn)用《單維感戴量表》、《Hearland寬恕量表》、《正性負(fù)性情緒量表》、《強(qiáng)制戒毒者復(fù)吸傾向性心理調(diào)查表》對(duì)295名女性戒毒人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,探索女性戒毒人員感戴與寬恕、正性情緒和復(fù)吸傾向的總體狀況及三者之間的關(guān)系。研究二:根據(jù)研究一的結(jié)果,制定團(tuán)體干預(yù)方案,采取實(shí)驗(yàn)組、安慰劑組和對(duì)照組的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),采用前后測(cè)及質(zhì)性評(píng)估的方法考察團(tuán)體干預(yù)的有效性。本研究的結(jié)論如下:一:女性戒毒人員感戴、正性情緒和復(fù)吸傾向之間存在顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系。二:女性戒毒人員寬恕、正性情緒和復(fù)吸傾向之間存在顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系。三:女性戒毒人員的正性情緒完全中介寬恕對(duì)復(fù)吸傾向的影響。四:以提升感戴和寬恕的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)可有效降低女性戒毒人員的復(fù)吸傾向。以上結(jié)論驗(yàn)證了女性戒毒人員正性情緒在寬恕和復(fù)吸傾向之間的完全中介作用,豐富了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的理論研究。同時(shí)也探索和驗(yàn)證了以提升女性戒毒人員感戴和寬恕的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)降低復(fù)吸傾向的效果,豐富了戒毒工作的實(shí)踐研究,為強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒所有效地開(kāi)展心理矯治工作提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Drug abuse is one of the serious social problems in the world. A large number of studies at home and abroad show that the negative emotions of drug addicts are more serious than those of the general population, which is more likely to produce negative coping styles when dealing with problems, and eventually lead to relapse of drug addicts. In this study, the relationship between feeling and forgiveness, positive emotion and relapse tendency was discussed. Based on the results of the relationship study, a group counseling program was developed to explore the effectiveness of group counseling. This study includes two sub-studies: the first study: a questionnaire survey was conducted among 295 female drug addicts using the One-Dimensional feeling scale, the Hearland forgiveness scale, the positive and negative emotion scale, and the Psychological questionnaire of compulsive relapse of Drug addicts. To explore the general situation of female drug addicts' feeling of wearing and forgiving, positive emotion and relapse tendency, and the relationship between them. Study 2: according to the results of the first study, the group intervention scheme was formulated, the experimental design of the experimental group, the placebo group and the control group were adopted, and the effectiveness of the group intervention was evaluated by the methods of pre-and post-test and qualitative evaluation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. There is a significant correlation among perceived wear, positive emotion and relapse tendency of female drug addicts. Second, there was a significant correlation between forgiveness, positive emotion and relapse tendency among female drug addicts. Third: the positive emotion of female drug addicts completely mediated forgiveness on relapse tendency. Fourth, group counseling with promotion and forgiveness can effectively reduce the relapse tendency of female drug addicts. The above conclusions verify the role of positive emotion between forgiveness and relapse tendency of female drug addicts, and enrich the theoretical research in related fields. At the same time, it also explores and verifies the effect of group counseling to promote female drug addicts' sense of wearing and forgiveness to reduce the tendency of relapse, and enriches the practical research on drug rehabilitation work. To provide some reference for the compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center to effectively develop psychological correction work.
