心理咨詢與心理治療督導倫理的定性研究

【摘要】:目的:探索心理咨詢與心理治療督導師在督導經(jīng)歷中所面對的倫理情形以及倫理困境。方法:采用定性研究的深度訪談法,根據(jù)已有心理咨詢與心理治療倫理的研究文獻、以往督導實踐經(jīng)驗以及本研究目的擬定半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談提綱。6名被訪者均為2006年首批通過中國心理學會臨床與咨詢心理學專業(yè)機構(gòu)與專業(yè)人員注冊系統(tǒng)認證的的注冊督導師,且均有20年以上心理咨詢和治療的工作經(jīng)驗等。運用類屬分析的方法對逐字轉(zhuǎn)錄所獲得的訪談資料進行分析。結(jié)果:被訪者認為督導的倫理議題有督導的勝任力、督導的雙重關系、保護被督導者的責任等;督導倫理涉及發(fā)現(xiàn)和如何處理被督導者違反倫理的情形;督導中的特殊倫理問題與倫理困惑主要有:同一案例在"圈子"里被反復督導、跨學派督導、對專業(yè)不勝任的被督導者要承擔的責任范圍不清、對一些明確的倫理情境缺乏可參考處理的倫理規(guī)范等。結(jié)論:督導倫理涉及多個議題,并存在目前中國心理咨詢與心理治療發(fā)展過程中特有的倫理困境,需有針對性地加強督導倫理培訓,并且制定明確可操作的督導倫理規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the ethical situation and ethical dilemma faced by psychological counseling and psychotherapy supervisors. Methods: using the deep interview method of qualitative research, according to the research literature of psychological counseling and psychotherapy ethics, Previous practical experience of supervision and the purpose of this study were to draw up an outline of semi-structured interviews. The 6 respondents were all the first batch of registered supervisors who had passed the registration system of clinical and counseling professional organizations and professionals of the Chinese Psychological Society in 2006. And have more than 20 years of psychological counseling and treatment work experience. The interview data obtained from verbatim transcripts were analyzed by generic analysis. Results: the interviewees think that the ethical issues of supervision have competence of supervision, double relationship of supervision, responsibility of protecting the supervised person, etc. The supervision ethics involves the discovery and how to deal with the transgression of ethics of the supervised person; The special ethical problems and ethical puzzles in supervision mainly include: the same case is repeatedly supervised in the "circle", the cross-school supervision, and the scope of responsibility to the incompetent person under supervision is unclear. Lack of reference to some specific ethical situations such as ethical norms. Conclusion: the supervisory ethics involves many issues, and there are some particular ethical dilemmas in the development of psychological counseling and psychotherapy in China. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training of supervision ethics and make clear and operable supervision ethics norms.
