【摘要】：目的：1.對情志順勢心理治療理論的基本思想及一般程序等進一步闡述；2.對本研究相關(guān)文獻進行回顧總結(jié)，結(jié)合情志順勢心理治療理論和中醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識理論，對情志順勢心理治療理論背景下的情志及其郁結(jié)的內(nèi)涵進行理論探討；3.通過取樣調(diào)查研究方法，經(jīng)過一系列嚴格的統(tǒng)計學(xué)步驟，例如情志量表概念定位、操作化定義、條目形成、分析篩選等，初步建立情志順勢心理治療理論背景下的情志量表。結(jié)果：1.共發(fā)放量表370份，回收有效問卷331份，有效率為89.5%；2.通過條目分析刪除部分條目之后，對數(shù)據(jù)進行探索性因子分析，提取到4個公因子：怒情志、悲憂情志、喜情志和恐（驚）情志，各維度條目與預(yù)期基本相同，公因子的總貢獻率為55.347%，各維度中的條目載荷系數(shù)較高。3.通過信效度分析，得到情志量表的分半信度系數(shù)為0.653，克朗巴哈α系數(shù)信度為0.775，內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度良好。4.將修訂后的量表應(yīng)用于臨床施測，并進行了小樣本重測信度及效標效度的研究，得到其重測信度為0.902，且各維度重測信度較高；以幸福感指數(shù)量表作為效標的效度為0.77。結(jié)論：情志順勢心理治療理論背景下的情志量表，在編制過程中，基本達到了預(yù)期的研究目的，情志量表能夠測量出個體的情志狀態(tài)，，以及具體的情志郁結(jié)類型，具有較好的信度與效度。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. The basic thought and general procedure of the theory of homeopathic psychotherapy are further elaborated. Based on the theory of homeopathic psychotherapy and the knowledge theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this paper makes a review and summary of the relevant literature in this study, and probes into the connotation of emotion and depression in the context of the theory of homeopathic psychotherapy. After a series of strict statistical steps, such as the definition of emotion scale, the definition of operation, the formation of items, and the analysis and screening, the emotion scale under the theory of homeopathic psychotherapy was preliminarily established. The result is 1: 1. A total of 370 questionnaires were issued, 331 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 89.50.2. After deleting some items through item analysis, the data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, and four common factors were extracted: anger, sadness, joy and fear (fear). The items in each dimension were basically the same as expected. The total contribution rate of the common factor is 55.347, the item load coefficient in each dimension is higher. 3. 3. According to the analysis of reliability and validity, the split-half reliability coefficient of emotion scale was 0.653, the reliability of kronbaha 偽 coefficient was 0.775, and the content validity and structure validity were good. 4. The revised scale was applied to clinical test, and the reliability and validity of retest of small sample were studied. The retest reliability was 0.902, and the reliability of retest of each dimension was higher, and the validity of well-being index scale was 0.77. Conclusion: the emotion scale under the background of homeopathic psychotherapy theory has basically achieved the expected research purpose in the process of development. The emotional scale can measure the individual's emotional state and the specific types of emotional depression. It has good reliability and validity.
