心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征模型研究

【摘要】:研究使用半開放式問卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)分析、行為事件訪談等方法,對心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征模型進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,,構(gòu)建了心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征模型。得到以下研究結(jié)論: (1)采用行為事件訪談(BEI)方法構(gòu)建了心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征模型。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征的平均等級、最高等級可以區(qū)分績效優(yōu)異和績效一般的心理學(xué)碩士研究生。 (2)心理學(xué)碩士研究生勝任特征模型包括5個維度14項特征,其中維度分別是專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)素質(zhì)、個人基本素質(zhì)、成就導(dǎo)向、科研能力、責(zé)任心。這5個維度囊括了:自信心、責(zé)任感、人際理解、主動性、信息尋求能力、團(tuán)隊合作、專業(yè)知識與技能、成就導(dǎo)向、專業(yè)興趣與熱情、科學(xué)研究能力、自主學(xué)習(xí)、執(zhí)行力、內(nèi)省、計劃制定共14項勝任特征。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of semi-open questionnaire survey, literature analysis and behavioral event interview, this study investigates the competency model of Postgraduates of Master of Psychology and constructs the competency model of Postgraduates of Master of Psychology.
(1) Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) was used to construct a competency model for Postgraduates of Master of Psychology.
(2) The competency model of Postgraduates in psychology includes five dimensions and 14 features, including professional basic quality, personal basic quality, achievement orientation, scientific research ability and responsibility. These five dimensions include: self-confidence, responsibility, interpersonal understanding, initiative, information seeking ability, teamwork, professional knowledge and skills, achievement guidance. Professional interest and enthusiasm, scientific research ability, autonomous learning, executive ability, introspection, planning and formulation of a total of 14 competency characteristics.
