【摘要】：與純粹的私利性非倫理行為不同,親組織非倫理行為是個(gè)體為了組織利益而實(shí)施的非倫理行為。探討了倫理氛圍對(duì)親組織非倫理行為的影響以及道德辯護(hù)的中介作用。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),自利型、關(guān)懷型倫理氛圍分別對(duì)親組織非倫理行為具有正向影響,規(guī)則型倫理氛圍對(duì)親組織非倫理行為具有負(fù)向影響,道德辯護(hù)分別在三種倫理氛圍與親組織非倫理行為關(guān)系間具有部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Different from the purely selfish non-ethical behavior, pro-organization non-ethical behavior is a non-ethical act carried out by individuals for the benefit of the organization. This paper discusses the influence of ethical atmosphere on non-ethical behavior of pro-organization and the intermediary role of moral defense. The empirical results show that the self-interest and caring ethical atmosphere have a positive effect on the non-ethical behavior of the pro-organization, while the regular ethical atmosphere has a negative impact on the non-ethical behavior of the pro-organization. Moral defense plays a part role in mediating the relationship between the three kinds of ethical atmosphere and non-ethical behavior of pro-organization.
