【摘要】：刺激前負(fù)波(Stimulus-Preceding Negativity,SPN)是從關(guān)聯(lián)性負(fù)變化中分離出來的非運(yùn)動(dòng)性慢電位,其波幅隨著反饋刺激的臨近逐漸升高。先前研究側(cè)重于將SPN視為一種認(rèn)知性成分,而最近的研究支持了SPN是獎(jiǎng)賞期待的可靠指標(biāo)。本文從獎(jiǎng)賞的基本屬性、結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)、神經(jīng)發(fā)生源以及特殊人群等角度,對(duì)SPN反映獎(jiǎng)賞期待這一假說進(jìn)行了梳理,并提出了未來的研究方向,旨在為研究獎(jiǎng)賞期待受損的神經(jīng)精神類疾病提供可靠的生物學(xué)標(biāo)記。
[Abstract]:The pre-stimulus negative wave (Stimulus-Preceding Negativity,SPN) is a non-motor slow potential separated from the correlated negative change, and its amplitude increases with the approaching of the feedback stimulus. While previous studies have focused on SPN as a cognitive component, recent research supports SPN as a reliable indicator of reward expectations. This paper reviews the hypothesis that SPN reflects the expectation of reward from the perspectives of the basic attributes of the reward, the evaluation of the results, the source of neurogenesis and the special population, and puts forward the research direction in the future. The aim is to provide a reliable biomarker for the study of expectation impaired neuropsychiatric disorders.
