大學(xué)生情緒適應(yīng)、消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式與手機(jī)依賴的關(guān)系及其干預(yù)研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of smart phones, the upgrading of mobile phones is becoming faster and faster, and the functions of mobile phones are becoming more and more diverse. Mobile phones are indispensable in people's daily life. With its convenience, the problem of mobile phone dependence is becoming more and more serious. The problem of cell phone dependence of college students cannot be ignored. At the same time, emotional adaptation (social anxiety, depression, loneliness) is also prominent among college students. College students who have emotional adaptation problems are easy to produce avoidance psychology and behavior, which is manifested in the reduction of communication and communication with others in real life, isolation, and more negative coping styles when facing problems. It is easy to rely on mobile phones. Therefore, on the basis of the lack of previous research, this study selects 530 students from three colleges and universities in Henan Province as the main research object, carries on the questionnaire investigation to them, discusses the college students' emotion adaptation. The relationship between negative coping style and mobile phone dependence, taking negative coping style as intermediary variable, exploring the mechanism of action between them in depth; In the second study, 34 students with high scores of emotional adaptation and mobile phone dependence were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was trained with biofeedback instrument. The students in the control group were in the normal learning state, trying to explore the effect of biofeedback intervention training on the emotional adaptation of college students and their dependence on mobile phone. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) there is a certain problem of cell phone dependence among college students, and the detection rate of mobile phone dependence is 28.8%; (2) college students' emotional adaptation, There is significant correlation between negative coping style and mobile phone dependence; (3) negative coping style plays an intermediary role between emotional adaptation and mobile phone dependence of college students; (4) group biofeedback instrument can improve the performance of the experimental group. (5) on the basis of improving their emotional adaptation, the group biofeedback instrument, The improvement of the problem of cell phone dependence has a certain impact.
