不同行為類型孕婦的孕期不良心理行為

【摘　要】目的:探討不同行為類型孕婦孕期焦慮癥狀、抑郁癥狀、不良生活事件、自殺相關(guān)心理行為、自傷行為以及酗酒等不良心理行為,為孕期不同行為類型者有針對(duì)的心理行為干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法:采用方便取樣,在知情同意的前提下連續(xù)抽取了1789名孕婦。用A型行為類型評(píng)定量表(TypeABehaviorPatternScale,TABS)將受試分為A型、偏A型、M型、偏B型、B型5種行為類型。用自編一般情況調(diào)查表、流調(diào)中心用抑郁量表(CenterforEpidemiologicStudiesDepressionScale,CES-D),焦慮自評(píng)量表(Self-Rat-ingAnxietyScale,SAS),簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷(SimplifiedCopingStyleQuestionnaire,SCSQ),自編生活事件問卷及自殺相關(guān)心理行為、自傷行為、醉酒行為問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:A型行為比例為2.9%,偏A型為19.2%,M型為4.9%,偏B型為40.8%,

B型行為的比例為32.2%。TABS分與孕前半年內(nèi)自評(píng)工作壓

力、孕期睡眠狀況、CES-D分、SAS分、消極應(yīng)對(duì)得分和生活事件數(shù)量均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.08～0.34,均P<0.001),而與積極應(yīng)對(duì)得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.09,P<0.001)。自殺意念、自殺計(jì)劃、自殺行動(dòng)、自傷行為和醉酒行為的報(bào)告率隨行為類型從A型逐漸向B型變化時(shí)呈下降趨勢(shì),均表現(xiàn)為A型和偏A型行為孕婦相對(duì)較高,其中A型行為者均最高(如自殺意念從A型到B型的報(bào)告率分別為11.5%,
