藝術(shù)化團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)服刑人員感戴心理的影響

【摘要】:知恩圖報(bào),善莫大焉,投之以桃,報(bào)之以李。中華民族自古就是一個(gè)感戴文化濃郁的文明古國(guó)。一方面,感戴作為一種情感特質(zhì),是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中道德品質(zhì)的重要組成部分;另一方面,感戴作為積極心理學(xué)的重要研究領(lǐng)域,與個(gè)體的幸福感、人格特質(zhì)、親社會(huì)行為有著密切的關(guān)系。服刑人員作為社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的特殊群體,對(duì)其感戴這一積極心理特質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究,會(huì)對(duì)提高這一群體的心理健康水平有重要的影響。 本研究的被試主要是監(jiān)獄服刑人員,采用量化研究和質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方法。通過(guò)兩個(gè)研究,從心理學(xué)的角度對(duì)服刑人員感恩戴德的心理特質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析和干預(yù),其具體用意有兩個(gè):其一,從中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化和服刑人員對(duì)感戴的內(nèi)隱認(rèn)知表征兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)挖掘出與感戴這一心理學(xué)特質(zhì)的契合點(diǎn),,使“感戴”這一心理特質(zhì)的研究更富有中國(guó)本土化色彩;其二,在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上,采用藝術(shù)化團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)這種特殊的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)形式對(duì)服刑人員的感恩戴德特質(zhì)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)干預(yù),旨在以此為切入點(diǎn),提高服刑人員心理健康水平,促進(jìn)其積極心理的表現(xiàn)力。 研究1:從儒墨兩家的傳統(tǒng)思想和服刑人員對(duì)感戴的認(rèn)知出發(fā),挖掘其與“感戴”這一心理學(xué)特質(zhì)的契合點(diǎn),并進(jìn)行分析、歸納、總結(jié)。主要采用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法并輔之以內(nèi)容分析、聚類分析來(lái)分析收集儒墨兩家核心思想中所滲透的感戴特質(zhì)和服刑人員的感戴內(nèi)隱表征,從而探究出感戴的四個(gè)內(nèi)容維度。結(jié)果顯示:儒墨兩家傳統(tǒng)文化和服刑人員認(rèn)知表征中所滲透的感戴內(nèi)容維度主要分為四項(xiàng):感戴父母、感戴同伴、感戴環(huán)境、感戴生命。此外,修訂適用于服刑人員的感戴程度量表并對(duì)其信度、效度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果顯示:經(jīng)修訂《服刑人員感戴程度量表》適用于監(jiān)獄服刑人員這一群體。 研究2:應(yīng)用藝術(shù)化團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)這一特殊形式對(duì)監(jiān)獄服刑人員進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)干預(yù)。通過(guò)干預(yù)旨在提高服刑人員的感戴水平。該實(shí)驗(yàn)干預(yù)主要分為間歇性干預(yù)和持續(xù)性干預(yù)兩種方式。前期以間歇性干預(yù)為主,基本過(guò)程為熱身活動(dòng)、團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的實(shí)施、活動(dòng)后的分享和領(lǐng)悟。每周兩次,共進(jìn)行6次干預(yù)。后期以持續(xù)性干預(yù)為主,主要在第一輪干預(yù)結(jié)束兩個(gè)月后,進(jìn)行持續(xù)性干預(yù),共進(jìn)行2次。本研究采用量化研究和質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)干預(yù)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果顯示:(1)藝術(shù)化團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)服刑人員感戴總分有積極影響(P0.001);(2)在“感戴深度”、“感戴廣度”、“感戴密度”、“感戴頻度”各因子上,組間比較結(jié)果為:干預(yù)組對(duì)照組;(3)通過(guò)藝術(shù)化團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的干預(yù),服刑人員對(duì)父母、同伴、環(huán)境、生命的認(rèn)識(shí)更為客觀,表現(xiàn)出更多的珍惜和感恩傾向。

On the one hand, sensual wear, as an emotional trait, is an important part of moral quality in Chinese traditional culture; on the other hand, as an important research field of positive psychology, it is associated with individual happiness and personality traits. Pro-social behavior is closely related. As a special group concerned by all walks of life, the study of the positive psychological trait of the prisoners will have an important effect on improving the mental health level of this group. The subjects of this study are mainly prison inmates, using the combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Through two studies, the psychological characteristics of the prisoners are analyzed and interfered from the psychological point of view. There are two specific intentions: first, From the perspective of Chinese traditional culture and the implicit cognitive representation of sensual wearing among Chinese prisoners, the author excavates the point of convergence with the psychological trait of sensual wearing, which makes the study of the psychological trait of "sensual-wearing" more native in China. Second, the research on the psychological characteristic of "sensual-wearing" is of Chinese indigenization. On the basis of the first study, this paper uses artistic group counseling as a special form of group counseling to carry out experimental intervention on the grateful characteristics of prisoners, in order to use it as a starting point to improve the mental health level of prisoners. Promote their positive psychological expression. Research 1: starting from the traditional thought of Confucian and Mohist schools and the cognition of the prisoners on sensual wearing, this paper excavates the common point between it and the psychological characteristic of "sensual wearing", and analyzes, sums up and summarizes it. This paper mainly adopts the semi-structure interview method, supplemented by content analysis and cluster analysis, to analyze and collect the characteristics of feeling and wearing and the implicit representation of the prisoners in the two core thoughts of Confucianism and Mohism, and to explore the four content dimensions of feeling and wearing. The results show that the dimensions of perception and wearing which are permeated by the traditional culture of Confucianism and Mohist and the cognitive representation of prisoners are mainly divided into four dimensions: feeling parents, feeling wearing companions, feeling wearing environment, feeling wearing life. In addition, the scale was revised and its reliability and validity were verified. The results showed that the revised scale was suitable for prison inmates. Study 2: the special form of artistic group counseling was used to intervene prison inmates. Through intervention, the aim is to improve the sense of wearing of prisoners. The experimental intervention is divided into intermittent intervention and continuous intervention. The basic process is warm-up activities, group counseling, sharing and understanding after the activities. Two times a week, a total of 6 interventions. Two months after the first intervention, continuous intervention was carried out for 2 times. In this study, quantitative and qualitative studies were used to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention. The results showed that: (1) artistry group counseling had a positive effect on the total score of perceived wearing of prisoners (P0. 001); (2) on the factors of "feeling depth", "feeling wearing span", "feeling wearing density" and "feeling wearing frequency". The results were as follows: the intervention group control group; (3) through the intervention of artistry group counseling, the prisoners' understanding of parents, companions, environment and life was more objective, showing more treasured and grateful tendency.
