【摘要】：愛(ài)荷華博弈任務(wù)作為一種經(jīng)典的模糊決策范式,常被用來(lái)模擬現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,人們面對(duì)不確定情境下的決策行為。隨著研究的深入,該任務(wù)范式作為一種臨床診斷工具,逐漸在臨床領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。以愛(ài)荷華博弈任務(wù)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),介紹其在精神分裂癥、帕金森綜合征、物質(zhì)依賴、進(jìn)食障礙等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,以期對(duì)其他臨床領(lǐng)域有借鑒作用,并指出了該任務(wù)范式的局限及未來(lái)發(fā)展前景,使研究者對(duì)此予以積極關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:As a classical fuzzy decision-making paradigm, Iowa game task is often used to simulate the decision-making behavior of people in the uncertain situation in real life. As a clinical diagnostic tool, the task paradigm has been widely used in clinical field. Based on the Iowa game task, this paper introduces its application in schizophrenia, Parkinson's syndrome, substance dependence, eating disorder and so on, in order to provide reference for other clinical fields. The limitations and future prospects of the task paradigm are pointed out, which makes researchers pay more attention to it.
