【摘要】：針對(duì)物質(zhì)成癮者的計(jì)算機(jī)心理干預(yù)以傳統(tǒng)心理干預(yù)理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)成癮者進(jìn)行干預(yù)。該方法通過(guò)提高成癮者的自我效能感、應(yīng)對(duì)技能、戒斷動(dòng)機(jī)等,達(dá)到幫助其戒斷并預(yù)防復(fù)吸的目的。計(jì)算機(jī)心理干預(yù)對(duì)成癮者雖有一定效果,但也存在一些問(wèn)題,如其能否夠彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)干預(yù)的不足,測(cè)量方法是否有效等。未來(lái)研究應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高計(jì)算機(jī)干預(yù)的有效性,比較不同計(jì)算機(jī)干預(yù)方法對(duì)不同成癮物質(zhì)的適用性及有限性,并結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)干預(yù)與認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練,推動(dòng)計(jì)算機(jī)心理干預(yù)在物質(zhì)成癮中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The computer psychological intervention for substance addicts is based on the traditional psychological intervention theory. This method can help addicts to quit and prevent relapse by improving their self-efficacy, coping skills, withdrawal motivation and so on. Although computer psychological intervention has some effect on addicts, there are still some problems, such as whether it can make up for the deficiency of traditional intervention and whether the measuring method is effective or not. The future research should further improve the effectiveness of computer intervention, compare the applicability and limitation of different computer intervention methods to different addictive substances, and combine computer intervention with cognitive training. To promote the application of computer psychological intervention in substance addiction.
