空氣質(zhì)量感知、懷舊對綠色消費(fèi)行為的影響研究

【摘要】:懷舊指人們對過去的人、事、物以及生活環(huán)境的懷念。懷舊是人類廣泛存在的心理和行為,個體在孤獨(dú)、不安等消極情緒時更容易懷舊,同時懷舊有改善消極情緒、提升主觀幸福感,縮短社會距離,促進(jìn)人類慈善捐贈等親社會行為的作用。近些年以霧霾天氣為主要表現(xiàn)的空氣污染增多,人們對空氣質(zhì)量的變化更加關(guān)注,對空氣清潔的環(huán)境需求強(qiáng)烈,那么人們是否會在感知到霧霾天氣的情況下產(chǎn)生更多對過去自然環(huán)境的懷念,并因?yàn)閼雅f而產(chǎn)生更多的保護(hù)環(huán)境的意圖和行為值得關(guān)注。綠色消費(fèi)是人們保護(hù)環(huán)境的重要表現(xiàn)。綠色消費(fèi)是指人們在購買、使用和處置過程中盡量減少對環(huán)境損害的高品質(zhì)消費(fèi)行為,綠色消費(fèi)同時也是一種特殊的親社會行為。感知空氣質(zhì)量的變化是否使人們更加懷舊,懷舊對綠色消費(fèi)這種特殊的親社會行為影響如何,是本研究關(guān)注的重要內(nèi)容。本文針對懷舊對綠色消費(fèi)行為的作用進(jìn)行了三項(xiàng)研究:一、操縱空氣質(zhì)量感知(嚴(yán)重污染VS.空氣質(zhì)量優(yōu)),被試被隨機(jī)分配抄寫空氣質(zhì)量情況(嚴(yán)重污染、空氣優(yōu))的介紹,進(jìn)而測試被試的懷舊狀態(tài),并探究情緒在其中所起的作用。二、操縱空氣質(zhì)量感知(嚴(yán)重污染VS.空氣質(zhì)量優(yōu))和懷舊水平(懷舊組VS.控制組),采用2×2被試間設(shè)計,被試被隨機(jī)分配到某一實(shí)驗(yàn)處理,考察空氣質(zhì)量感知和懷舊對綠色購買行為和使用行為的影響。三、操縱懷舊水平(懷舊組VS.控制組),被試被隨機(jī)分到其中一組,懷舊組通過文字觸發(fā)狀態(tài)型懷舊,考察在更接近真實(shí)環(huán)境下懷舊對綠色消費(fèi)行為的影響。三個研究均采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法,研究結(jié)果如下:1.研究結(jié)果表明,抄寫嚴(yán)重污染天氣空氣質(zhì)量的被試比抄寫空氣質(zhì)量優(yōu)天氣情況的被試更易處于消極的情緒狀態(tài),更容易懷舊,其中消極情緒在感知到嚴(yán)重污染天氣對懷舊的影響中發(fā)揮部分中介作用。2.綠色購買行為上,懷舊的主效應(yīng)顯著,懷舊組的綠色購買行為顯著高于控制組?諝赓|(zhì)量感知和懷舊的交互作用不顯著。綠色使用行為上,發(fā)現(xiàn)懷舊的主效應(yīng)顯著,懷舊組的綠色購買行為顯著高于控制組?諝赓|(zhì)量感知和懷舊的交互作用顯著。3.在接近真實(shí)的環(huán)境中,懷舊能夠促進(jìn)被試的綠色消費(fèi)行為。
[Abstract]:Nostalgia refers to the memory of people, things, things and living environment in the past. Nostalgia is the widespread psychology and behavior of human beings. The individual is more likely to be nostalgic when it is lonely and uneasy. At the same time, nostalgia has the role of improving the negative emotions, improving the subjective well-being, shortening the distance from the society and promoting human charity donations and other social behaviors. In recent years, the air pollution, which is mainly manifested in the haze weather, is more concerned about the change of air quality and the strong demand for the air cleaning environment. Whether people will feel more about the past natural environment in the sense of fog and haze, and the intention and action of more environmental protection because of nostalgia. Green consumption is the high quality consumption behavior of people in the process of buying, using and disposing. Green consumption is also a special kind of Pro social behavior. The perception of the change in air quality makes people more nostalgic and nostalgic to green. The influence of the special Pro social behavior on the color consumption is an important content of this study. This paper has carried out three studies on the effect of nostalgia on the action of green consumption: first, to manipulate the air quality perception (serious pollution of VS. air quality), and to be randomly assigned to the introduction of the air quality (serious pollution, air Excellence). And test the nostalgia of the subjects and explore the role of emotion in it. Two, control air quality perception (seriously polluted VS. air quality) and nostalgic level (the nostalgia group VS. control group), using a 2 x 2 inter trial design, the subjects were randomly assigned to a certain experiment to investigate air quality perception and nostalgia for green purchase behavior and cause Three, three, manipulating the nostalgic level (nostalgia group control group), the subjects were randomly divided into one group, and the nostalgia group was triggered by the state type nostalgia of the nostalgia group. The effect of nostalgia on the green consumption behavior under the real environment was investigated. The three studies all adopted the experimental method. The subjects who dyed the weather air quality were more likely to be in the negative mood than those who copied the air quality, and the negative emotion was more likely to be nostalgic, and the negative emotion played a partial intermediary role in the effect of severe pollution on the nostalgia,.2. green buying behavior, the nostalgic main effect was significant, and the green purchase behavior of the nostalgic group. The interaction of air quality perception and nostalgia was not significant. The green use behavior found the main effect of nostalgia, the green purchase behavior of the nostalgia group was significantly higher than that of the control group.
