職工職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的編制及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:心理狀態(tài)作為心理學(xué)理論中的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題,在長(zhǎng)期的研究過(guò)程中卻還較為薄弱,目前以心理學(xué)視角對(duì)心理狀態(tài)進(jìn)行的研究成果較少。我國(guó)對(duì)心理狀態(tài)研究就更為是落后。在長(zhǎng)期的心理測(cè)評(píng)工作中,與心理狀態(tài)相關(guān)的概念的定義,往往作為一般性的概念被經(jīng)常提到,但從心理學(xué)學(xué)科的角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行的專業(yè)化研究甚少,沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn);有關(guān)職工心理健康和職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)調(diào)查工具五花八門,不同的研究學(xué)者所采用的工具并不統(tǒng)一;不同學(xué)者所側(cè)重的研究?jī)?nèi)容也各不相同。本研究將“職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)”視為一個(gè)整合的概念,假設(shè)其具有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的結(jié)構(gòu)。在查閱現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)并結(jié)合研究實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,將職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)定義為:職業(yè)環(huán)境下職工的一系列會(huì)對(duì)其職業(yè)活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生影響的心理因素的總和。具體來(lái)說(shuō),本研究定義職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)包括(但不限于)工作幸福感、工作滿意度、工作壓力、組織認(rèn)同及工作價(jià)值觀5個(gè)要素。本研究旨在借鑒以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,編制一套用于調(diào)查職工職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)的問(wèn)卷。經(jīng)過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)并結(jié)合實(shí)踐調(diào)查的結(jié)果,確定問(wèn)卷的理論結(jié)構(gòu)維度,并自編形成初始項(xiàng)目。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)云南省及部分周邊地區(qū)的各行業(yè)職工進(jìn)行調(diào)查,共回收有效問(wèn)卷679份。經(jīng)過(guò)項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析、信效度檢驗(yàn)等一系列過(guò)程,獲得問(wèn)卷的各維度指標(biāo)。經(jīng)過(guò)分析得到KMO值為0.930;探索性因素分析結(jié)果,問(wèn)卷可分為5個(gè)因素,與理論構(gòu)想一致,5個(gè)因子的累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為48.125%;經(jīng)過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化之后的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)也為0.956;將項(xiàng)目分成兩部分的同質(zhì)性信度分別為0.934和0.897,Spearman-Brown系數(shù)為0.913,Guttman Split-Half系數(shù)為0.901。問(wèn)卷各維度之間的相關(guān)最低為0.397,最高為0.787,多數(shù)處于中等程度相關(guān);各維度與總問(wèn)卷的相關(guān)最低為0.527,最高為0.929,且各維度之間的相關(guān)和各維度與總問(wèn)卷之間的相關(guān)都在0.01水平上顯著。問(wèn)卷具有較好的內(nèi)部一致性信度和分半信度,問(wèn)卷的結(jié)構(gòu)效度各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)表明,問(wèn)卷結(jié)構(gòu)符合理論構(gòu)想,具有較好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度。使用問(wèn)卷對(duì)職工職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明:被試職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)各維度指標(biāo)普遍集中于中間等級(jí)水平;職工職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)各維度在人口學(xué)變量上均不存在顯著差異!堵毠ぢ殬I(yè)心理狀態(tài)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》具有較好的信效度,可以作為調(diào)查研究職工職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)的參考工具;受測(cè)職工在職業(yè)心理狀態(tài)的各個(gè)維度上,總體上均處于中等水平;各維度指標(biāo)在各人口學(xué)變量上均不存在顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:As an important issue in the theory of psychology, the psychological state is still weak in the long-term research process, and there are few research results on the psychological state from the perspective of psychology. The study of mental state in our country is even more backward. In the long-term psychological evaluation, the definition of the concept related to the state of mind is often mentioned as a general concept, but from the perspective of psychology, there are few professional studies and no unified standards. There are a variety of tools for investigation of workers' mental health and occupational psychological state, different researchers use different tools, and different scholars focus on different research contents. In this study, occupational psychological state is regarded as a concept of integration, assuming that it has a relatively stable structure. On the basis of consulting the existing literature and combining with the research practice, the occupational psychological state is defined as the sum of a series of psychological factors which will affect the professional activities of the staff and workers in the occupational environment. Specifically, the definition of occupational psychological state includes (but is not limited to) five factors: job well-being, job satisfaction, job stress, organizational identity and work values. The purpose of this study is to draw lessons from previous studies and compile a set of questionnaires to investigate the occupational psychological state of workers. After consulting the literature and combining with the results of practical investigation, the theoretical structural dimensions of the questionnaire are determined and the initial items are compiled. A total of 679 valid questionnaires were collected after investigation of workers in Yunnan Province and some surrounding areas. Through a series of process, such as item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity test, each dimension index of the questionnaire is obtained. The KMO value was 0.930. The result of exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire could be divided into five factors. Consistent with the theoretical conception, the cumulative variance contribution rate of the five factors is 48.125, the Cronbachs 偽 coefficient after standardization is 0.956, and the homogeneity reliability of dividing the project into two parts is 0.934 and 0.897 respectively. The coefficient of Spearman-Brown is 0.913 Guttman Split-Half coefficient is 0.901. The correlation among each dimension of the questionnaire was the lowest (0.397) and the highest (0.787), most of them were in moderate degree. The correlation between each dimension and total questionnaire is the lowest 0.527, the highest is 0.929, and the correlation between each dimension and total questionnaire is significant at 0.01 level. The questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability. The structural validity of the questionnaire indicates that the structure of the questionnaire conforms to the theoretical conception and has a better structural validity. The questionnaire was used to investigate the occupational psychological state of the staff and workers. The results showed that the indexes of each dimension of the occupational psychological state of the subjects were generally concentrated in the middle level; There is no significant difference in demographic variables in all dimensions of employees' occupational psychological state. The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity, which can be used as a reference tool to investigate and study the occupational psychological status of workers. On the whole, the employees were at the middle level in each dimension of the occupational psychological state, and there was no significant difference in the demographic variables of each dimension.
