【摘要】：以往研究多以不道德行為單獨作為前因變量或是結(jié)果變量進行研究,然而,新近對道德或不道德行為的研究多關(guān)注其動態(tài)性,即過去的道德或不道德行為對之后道德或不道德行為的影響。本文以動態(tài)的視角考察了個體的不道德經(jīng)歷,即過去做過的不道德行為對之后不道德行為的影響。此外,以往研究指出了公我意識與不道德行為之間可能的聯(lián)系。本研究同時考察了公我意識與不道德經(jīng)歷的交互作用對不道德行為的影響,分析了不同公我意識狀態(tài)下個體的不道德經(jīng)歷對不道德行為影響的差異。 研究一采用情境故事法,探究個體之前做過的不道德行為,即個體的不道德經(jīng)歷對個體未來不道德行為的影響；研究二在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上,采用行為回憶法與自我意識量表,考察不道德經(jīng)歷與特質(zhì)性的公我意識對個體未來不道德行為的影響；研究三采用行為想象法與內(nèi)隱啟動法,同樣旨在考察不道德經(jīng)歷與狀態(tài)性的公我意識對個體未來不道德行為的影響,以鞏固研究二的結(jié)果。 結(jié)果表明,個體的不道德經(jīng)歷影響其之后的不道德行為,有不道德經(jīng)歷的個體未來的不道德行為顯著地多于沒有不道德經(jīng)歷的個體；個體的公我意識影響個體的不道德行為,公我意識高的個體的不道德行為顯著地少于公我意識低的個體；公我意識與不道德經(jīng)歷的交互作用對不道德行為有影響,即有不道德經(jīng)歷的個體只有在公我意識低時,其不道德行為才會顯著增加；而有不道德經(jīng)歷的個體在公我意識高時,其不道德行為會顯著地減少。
[Abstract]:In the past, the study of unethical behavior was used as an antecedent variable or a result variable. However, the recent study of moral or immoral behavior paid much attention to its dynamics, that is, the influence of past moral or immoral behavior on moral or immoral behavior. In addition, previous studies have pointed out a possible connection between public awareness and immoral behavior. The study also examined the influence of the interaction between the public and the immoral experiences on the immoral behavior, and analyzed the individual's immoral behavior under the different public consciousness states. The difference in the influence of immoral behavior.
Study one uses the situational story method to explore the unethical behavior before individual, that is, the influence of individual unmoral experience on the individual's future immoral behavior. On the basis of research one, study two uses behavioral recall and self consciousness scale to investigate the unethical behavior of unethical experiences and idiosyncratic public consciousness to individual future unethical behavior. The study three uses behavioral imagination and implicit priming to examine the influence of immoral experience and state consciousness on individual future immoral behavior, in order to consolidate the results of study two.
The result shows that the unmoral experience of the individual affects the unethical behavior after it, and the unmoral behavior of the individual is significantly more than the individual without the immoral experience; the individual's public and self consciousness affects the individual's immoral behavior, and the immoral behavior of the individuals with high consciousness is significantly less than that of the public. Individual; the interaction of the public consciousness and the immoral experience affects the immoral behavior, that is, the unmoral behavior will increase significantly only when the public and my consciousness are low, and the unmoral individual will significantly reduce the immoral behavior when the public and my consciousness are high.
