習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對危機(jī)決策的影響研究

【摘要】:危機(jī)決策是危機(jī)事件的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),而每當(dāng)遇到危機(jī)事件個(gè)體都會覺得束手無策無從應(yīng)對,F(xiàn)如今對危機(jī)決策的研究重點(diǎn)主要集中于組織層面對危機(jī)事件應(yīng)對策略的討論上,較少研究者探索影響危機(jī)決策的個(gè)體因素。危機(jī)情境中,當(dāng)負(fù)性情緒喚醒時(shí),情緒調(diào)節(jié)即刻開始。當(dāng)人們在日常生活中使用某一種情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略形成習(xí)慣時(shí),我們稱這種情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略為習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略。本研究中,采用問卷和實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,討論習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量的影響作用,主要從危機(jī)決策時(shí)間、產(chǎn)生新方案率即危機(jī)決策有效性評價(jià)三方面進(jìn)行分析研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)一主要目的是檢驗(yàn)Gross編制的習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略問卷對我國大學(xué)生的適用性。探索性因素分析顯示,中文版的習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略問卷具有兩個(gè)維度,包括認(rèn)知重評策略維度和表達(dá)抑制策略維度,與Gross的問卷維度一致;驗(yàn)證性因素分析顯示模型的RMSEA(0.078)0.08、NNFI(0.90)和CFI(0.92)≥0.09,SPSS 21分析顯示該問卷的內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)為.638。表明該問卷具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度和信度,對我國大學(xué)生群體具有良好的適用性。實(shí)驗(yàn)二中采用問卷和實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,目的是研究情緒變量和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略變量對危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示:在危機(jī)決策時(shí)間變量上,情緒(F=15.559,p=0.000)和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略變量(F=4.234,p=0.042)主效應(yīng)顯著,且二者存在顯著交互作用(F=6.977,p=0.009);在新方案產(chǎn)生率變量上,情緒(F=5.403,p=0.022)和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略變量(F=4.086,p=0.045)主效應(yīng)仍顯著,兩變量之間仍存在顯著地交互作用(F=6.384,p=0.013);在有效性變量上,習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略存在主效應(yīng)(F=6.234,p=0.014)。主體的危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量不僅受到自身情緒因素的影響,也會受到環(huán)境因素的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)三主要目的是研究危機(jī)程度和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)方法同實(shí)驗(yàn)二一致。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:在危機(jī)決策時(shí)間變量上,危機(jī)程度(F=11.105,p=0.001)和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略變量(F=5.441,p=0.021)主效應(yīng)顯著,且二者存在顯著交互作用(F=4.757,p=0.031);在新方案產(chǎn)生率變量上,危機(jī)程度(F=4.324,p=0.040)主效應(yīng)顯著,危機(jī)程度和習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略兩變量之間存在顯著交互作用(F=6.360,p=0.013);在有效性變量上,習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略仍存在主效應(yīng)(F=7.437,p=0.007)。總結(jié)論:(1)中文版的習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略問卷對我國大學(xué)生具有一定的適應(yīng)性;(2)當(dāng)個(gè)體處于負(fù)性情緒狀態(tài)時(shí),習(xí)慣性使用表達(dá)抑制策略組危機(jī)決策時(shí)間較長,產(chǎn)生新方案率較少。在有效性評價(jià)指標(biāo)上,習(xí)慣性使用認(rèn)知重評策略組被試對危機(jī)決策方法的有效性評價(jià)較高;(3)當(dāng)危機(jī)程度較大時(shí),習(xí)慣性使用表達(dá)抑制策略個(gè)體的危機(jī)決策時(shí)間較長,產(chǎn)生新方案率同樣也較少。習(xí)慣性情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略在有效性評價(jià)指標(biāo)上存在主效應(yīng)。綜上,危機(jī)情境中,習(xí)慣性使用認(rèn)知重評策略的個(gè)體危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量優(yōu)于習(xí)慣性使用表達(dá)抑制策略的個(gè)體。
[Abstract]:Crisis decision-making is the key link of crisis events, and when individuals encounter crisis events, they feel helpless and helpless. Now the focus of research on crisis decision is mainly focused on the discussion of the coping strategies of crisis events, and fewer researchers explore the individual factors that affect the decision-making of dangerous machines. When emotional arousal is aroused, emotional regulation begins immediately. When people use an emotional adjustment strategy in daily life, we call this emotional adjustment strategy a customary emotional adjustment strategy. In this study, a combination of questionnaires and experiments was used to discuss the influence of customary emotional adjustment strategies on the quality of crisis decision. The main purpose of the experiment is to examine the applicability of the customary emotional adjustment strategy questionnaire compiled by Gross to the college students in the three aspects of the crisis decision time, namely, the new scheme rate, that is, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the crisis decision. The two dimensions, including the cognitive reassessment strategy dimension and the expression inhibition strategy dimension, were consistent with the questionnaire dimension of Gross, and the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model was RMSEA (0.078) 0.08, NNFI (0.90) and CFI (0.92) > 0.09. SPSS 21 analysis showed that the internal consistency of the questionnaire was.638., which showed that the questionnaire had good structural validity and reliability, and The group of college students in China has a good applicability. (1) the Chinese version of the customary emotional adjustment strategy had a certain adaptability to Chinese college students; (2) the individual was in negative emotional state. At the time, the habit of using expression inhibition strategy group has a long time of crisis decision making and less new scheme rate. On the effectiveness evaluation index, the habit of using cognitive reevaluation strategy group has higher evaluation on the effectiveness of the crisis decision method. (3) when the crisis degree is large, the customary use of the individuals expressing the suppression strategy is better than the crisis decision time. In a comprehensive way, the quality of individual crisis decision making used by habitual use of cognitive reassessment strategy is better than that of the individuals who use the habit expression inhibition strategy in the crisis situation.
