【摘要】：目的:考察心理咨詢師和治療師人際關(guān)系性人格特質(zhì)對雙重關(guān)系倫理行為的影響。方法:選取心理咨詢與治療行業(yè)從業(yè)者177人(年齡21~65歲),采用中國人個性測量表(CPAI)人際關(guān)系問卷中的4個維度(和諧度、面子、人情、紀(jì)律性)測量人格,采用咨詢師對雙重關(guān)系行為接受度問卷測量咨詢師和治療師對雙重關(guān)系倫理行為(分為身體接觸和性相關(guān)、職業(yè)相關(guān)、工作相關(guān)、經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)、社交類、費(fèi)用類6類雙重關(guān)系)的接受程度。結(jié)果:人際關(guān)系4維度高低分組在職業(yè)相關(guān)的6個條目上的得分差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05),而在其他5類雙重關(guān)系上分別有6個條目(9%)、10個條目(15%)、12個條目(18%)、21個條目(32%)得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05),其中對社交類接受度得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義的條目較多。結(jié)論:本研究提示,心理咨詢師和治療師的人際關(guān)系性人格可能與雙重關(guān)系倫理行為存在相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the influence of interpersonal personality traits of psychological counselors and therapists on dual relationship ethical behavior. Methods: 177 people (aged from 21 to 65 years old) in the psychological counseling and treatment profession were selected to measure their personality by using the four dimensions (harmony, face, human, discipline) of the Chinese Personality scale (CPAI) interpersonal relationship questionnaire. A questionnaire on the acceptance of dual relationship behaviors between counselors and therapists was used to measure the ethical behaviors of dual relationships (including physical contact and sex, occupational, job, economic, social, etc. The degree of acceptance of the six types of double relationships in the cost category. Results: there was no significant difference in the scores of the interpersonal relationships between the 4 dimension groups on the 6 occupational related items (P0.05), while there were 6 entries (9%), 10 entries (15%), 12 items (18%) and 21 items in the other 5 types of dual relationships. (32%) score difference was statistically significant (P0.05), among which there were more items with significant difference in social class acceptance. Conclusion: this study suggests that the interpersonal personality of psychological counselors and therapists may be related to dual relationship ethical behavior.
