【摘要】：目的:在中國考試無處不在,學(xué)生隨之出現(xiàn)考試心理問題的情況也比比皆是。但是在以往的研究中更多的是關(guān)注即將面臨中高考的畢業(yè)學(xué)生,卻忽略了近些年隨著小升初擇校熱,剛經(jīng)歷過各種小學(xué)升入考試的初一學(xué)生,他們比以往的初一學(xué)生要面對更多的學(xué)習(xí)和考試方面的壓力。因此,本研究對昆明市初一學(xué)生目前的考試焦慮狀況、元認(rèn)知水平進行調(diào)查,并且編制一本適合使用于初一學(xué)生的以考試預(yù)案為主考試心理團體輔導(dǎo)手冊,并且研究其應(yīng)用效果。方法:本研究使用《考試焦慮診斷量表》和《元認(rèn)知問卷》對昆明市三所學(xué)校的491名初一學(xué)生進行調(diào)查,了解目前初一學(xué)生考試焦慮狀況和元認(rèn)知水平,同時探究考試焦慮、元認(rèn)知與學(xué)習(xí)成績?nèi)叩年P(guān)系,為團體輔導(dǎo)提供理論支撐。根據(jù)上述研究結(jié)果結(jié)合對手冊的研究,編制一個適合于初一學(xué)生使用的考試心理團體輔導(dǎo)手冊,并且使用實驗法、量化研究與質(zhì)化研究對手冊的應(yīng)用效果進行初步研究。結(jié)果:通過對491名昆明市三所學(xué)校的初一學(xué)生進行調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明:(1)目前有有19.5%的初一學(xué)生存在中重度考試焦慮,這一比例并不低;(2)初一學(xué)生中等元認(rèn)識的人數(shù)占總?cè)藬?shù)的47%,處于中等元認(rèn)知的學(xué)生最多;(3)考試成績和考試焦慮存在極其顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),考試成績和元認(rèn)知存在極其顯著的正相關(guān),元認(rèn)知和考試焦慮存在極其顯著的負(fù)相關(guān);(4)通過研究編,制出了適合使用于初一年級學(xué)生的以考試預(yù)案為主的考試心理團體輔導(dǎo)手冊;(5)使用編制好的手冊對初一年級實驗組學(xué)生進行團體心理輔導(dǎo),相較于對照組學(xué)生,實驗組學(xué)生考試焦慮得分顯著降低,元認(rèn)知得分顯著提高,學(xué)習(xí)成績顯著提高;結(jié)論:使用本研究編制的《以考試預(yù)案為主的考試心理團體輔導(dǎo)手冊》對初一年級學(xué)生進行干預(yù),學(xué)生考試焦慮降低,元認(rèn)知水平有所提高,學(xué)習(xí)成績提高,初步證明按照手冊進行的團體心理輔導(dǎo)效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: examination is ubiquitous in China, and students have psychological problems. However, in previous studies, more attention has been paid to graduating students who are about to face the entrance examination, but they have ignored the fact that in recent years, with the popularity of primary school selection, junior high school students who have just experienced various kinds of primary school entrance examinations have just entered the examination. They face more pressure on their study and exams than ever before. Therefore, this study investigates the current state of test anxiety and metacognition of the first grade students in Kunming City, and compiles a guide book of psychological group guidance based on test plan, which is suitable for junior high school students. And study its application effect. Methods: in this study, 491 junior high school students in three schools in Kunming were investigated with examination anxiety Diagnostic scale and Metacognitive questionnaire to find out the current state of test anxiety and metacognitive level of junior high school students, and to explore test anxiety at the same time. The relationship between metacognition and academic achievement provides theoretical support for group counseling. According to the above research results and the study of the manual, a psychological group guidance manual for junior high school students is compiled, and the application effect of the manual is preliminarily studied by means of experimental method, quantitative research and qualitative study. Results: 491 junior high school students in Kunming City were investigated. The results showed that: (1) at present, 19.5% of junior high school students have moderate and severe test anxiety. This proportion is not low; (2) the number of students with middle metacognition is 47 of the total, and the number of students in middle metacognition is the most; (3) there is an extremely significant negative correlation between test scores and test anxiety. There is a significant positive correlation between test scores and metacognition, and a significant negative correlation between metacognition and test anxiety. The test psychological group guidance manual, which is suitable for the first grade students, is developed. (5) the group psychological counseling for the first grade experimental group students is carried out, compared with the control group students. The scores of test anxiety, metacognition and academic achievement in the experimental group were significantly decreased. Conclusion: with the help of the Test Psychological Group Counseling Manual compiled by this study, the students' test anxiety, metacognition and academic achievement were decreased. It is proved that the group psychological counseling according to the manual is effective.
