【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì),為了適應(yīng)快速變化的外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)需要不斷進(jìn)行變革與創(chuàng)新,以謀得生存與發(fā)展。然而,變革與創(chuàng)新往往會(huì)給組織成員帶來(lái)不確定性,容易遭遇挫折。在這種現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,心理安全作為一種能夠有效推動(dòng)企業(yè)變革與創(chuàng)新的員工心理素質(zhì),得到了大量研究的探討。為了推進(jìn)學(xué)界人士更好地了解和掌握這個(gè)重要概念,本文擬對(duì)心理安全進(jìn)行研究述評(píng)。具體而言,本文從多層次視角出發(fā),梳理了個(gè)體、團(tuán)隊(duì)、組織三個(gè)層面上心理安全的定義與測(cè)量,然后回顧了心理安全的研究現(xiàn)狀,尤其是系統(tǒng)梳理了影響因素、影響效果與作用機(jī)制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章對(duì)未來(lái)研究做了幾點(diǎn)展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, in order to adapt to the rapidly changing external environment, enterprises need to constantly change and innovate in order to survive and develop. However, change and innovation often bring uncertainty and frustration to the members of the organization. In this realistic background, psychological security, as a kind of psychological quality of employees which can effectively promote enterprise change and innovation, has been discussed in a large number of studies. In order to promote the academic community to better understand and grasp this important concept, this paper reviews psychological security. Specifically, this paper, from a multi-level perspective, combs the definition and measurement of psychological security at the three levels of individual, team and organization, and then reviews the current research situation of psychological security, especially the systematic combing of influencing factors. Effect and mechanism. On this basis, the paper makes several prospects for future research.
