期限與調(diào)節(jié)聚焦對期限效果的影響

【摘要】:期限影響著人們生活的方方面面,同樣期限對人們的影響也存在著差異。眾多的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),自我調(diào)節(jié)過程與時間觀之間存在著相互的影響。本文引入調(diào)節(jié)聚焦變量,探討了期限時長、信息框架對期限效果的影響。本文共包括三項(xiàng)研究,研究一探討特質(zhì)性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦對期限效果的影響;研究探討情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦與期限時長對期限效果影響的交互作用;研究三探討情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦、結(jié)果框架以及整體效價之間的交互效應(yīng)對期限效果產(chǎn)生的影響。 研究一采用問卷法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法,以61名大學(xué)生為被試,施測《調(diào)節(jié)聚焦問卷》,并完成一個即時的談判任務(wù),同時讓被試對期限效果進(jìn)行預(yù)測和后評。對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行配對樣本t檢驗(yàn)分析和獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)分析,結(jié)果顯示:調(diào)節(jié)聚焦對期限效果存在影響,即對高特質(zhì)防御聚焦被試而言,他們認(rèn)為期限效果更強(qiáng);對于高特質(zhì)促進(jìn)聚焦被試而言,他們認(rèn)為期限效果更弱。 研究二采用問卷法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法,以276名大學(xué)生為被試,采用迷宮任務(wù)誘發(fā)情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦,并完成一份認(rèn)知任務(wù)試卷,通過倒計(jì)時器控制被試完成任務(wù)的期限時長,讓被試對期限效果進(jìn)行后評。對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果顯示:情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦與期限時長對期限效果的影響具有交互效應(yīng)。期限越短,防御聚焦被試認(rèn)為期限效果更強(qiáng);期限越長,促進(jìn)聚焦被試認(rèn)為期限效果更強(qiáng)。 研究三采用問卷法和實(shí)驗(yàn)法,以258名大學(xué)生為被試,采用迷宮任務(wù)誘發(fā)情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦,通過指導(dǎo)語控制被試接受的信息框架,并完成一份認(rèn)知任務(wù)試卷,讓被試對期限效果進(jìn)行后評。對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行方差分析,結(jié)果顯示:情景調(diào)節(jié)聚焦、結(jié)果框架和整體效價對期限效果的影響具有匹配效應(yīng),即在收益框架和整體正效價的框架條件下,促進(jìn)聚焦個體認(rèn)為期限效果最強(qiáng)。 總的來講,個體預(yù)測期限會產(chǎn)生阻礙效果,同時個體對期限效果的后評也是阻礙作用;防御聚焦個體認(rèn)為期限的阻礙更大,而促進(jìn)聚焦個體則認(rèn)為期限的阻礙更;此外,期限時長會影響期限效果,當(dāng)期限越短,個體認(rèn)為期限效果越大,當(dāng)期限越長,個體認(rèn)為期限效果越;情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦與期限時長對期限效果的影響存在交互效應(yīng),其中,期限越短,防御聚焦個體認(rèn)為期限效果更大,期限越長,促進(jìn)聚焦個體認(rèn)為期限效果更大;最后,情境性調(diào)節(jié)聚焦、結(jié)果框架、整體效價對期限效果的影響存在交互效應(yīng),其中,在收益框架和整體正效價的框架條件下,促進(jìn)聚焦個體認(rèn)為期限效果最大。本文從新的視角對期限進(jìn)行了研究,有助于進(jìn)一步理解期限與調(diào)節(jié)聚焦之間復(fù)雜的關(guān)系,對我們?nèi)绾慰创谙迬淼挠绊懢哂袉l(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Duration affects every aspect of people's life, and the influence of duration on people is also different. Many studies have found that there is a mutual influence between self-regulation process and time view. In this paper, we introduce the variable of adjusting focus, and discuss the influence of duration and information frame on the effect of deadline. This paper consists of three studies, one is to explore the effect of idiosyncratic regulation focusing on deadline effect; the other is to explore the interaction between situational regulation focus and duration effect on deadline effect; third, to explore situational regulation focus. Results the effect of the framework and the interaction between the whole titer on the deadline effect was studied. In the first study, 61 college students were tested by questionnaire and experiment, and a task of immediate negotiation was completed. At the same time, the participants were asked to predict and evaluate the term effect. The data were analyzed by paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that adjusting focus had influence on the duration effect, that is, for high-trait defense focused subjects, they thought that the duration effect was stronger; For the subjects with high trait promoting focus, they thought that the duration effect was weaker. In the second study, 276 college students were tested by questionnaire and experiment, and a cognitive task was completed by using labyrinth task to induce situational adjustment and focus. The duration of the task was controlled by the countdown timer, and the effect of the deadline was evaluated. The results of variance analysis show that the effect of situational adjustment focusing and duration on duration effect is interactive. The shorter the duration, the stronger the duration, and the longer the duration, the stronger the duration. In the third study, 258 college students were selected as subjects. The maze task was used to induce situational adjustment focus, the information frame of the subjects was controlled by the guidance language, and a cognitive task test was completed. The results of variance analysis of the data show that: scenario adjustment focusing, the effect of result framework and overall titer on the effect of maturity has a matching effect, that is, under the framework of income framework and overall positive titer, In general, the individual prediction of the duration will have an obstructing effect, and the individual's post-evaluation of the term effect is also a hindrance; the defensive focus individual thinks that the limitation of the deadline is even greater. In addition, the duration of the term will affect the effect of the term, the shorter the period, the greater the effect of the term, and the longer the duration, the smaller the effect of the term. There are interactive effects between situational adjustment focusing and duration, among which, the shorter the duration, the longer the duration and the longer the duration. Finally, the shorter the duration, the longer the duration. The effect of situational adjustment focusing, result framework and overall titer on the term effect is interactive, among which, under the frame of income frame and overall positive price, the focused individual thinks that the term effect is the most effective. This paper studies the term from a new angle of view, which is helpful to further understand the complex relationship between the duration and the regulating focus, and has enlightening significance to how we view the influence of the deadline.
