【摘要】：暴食癥表現(xiàn)為反復(fù)發(fā)作的暴飲暴食癥狀,并伴隨著強(qiáng)烈的沮喪感,個(gè)體在進(jìn)食時(shí)通常感覺失去控制,進(jìn)食大量食物。暴食行為受到應(yīng)激、負(fù)性情緒、沖動(dòng)性人格、身體不滿意與限制性進(jìn)食以及父母的喂養(yǎng)方式影響。關(guān)于暴食癥發(fā)生和維持的理論模型主要有情感調(diào)節(jié)理論、食物成癮模型、人際關(guān)系模型以及完美主義模型。未來要進(jìn)一步探究影響暴食的因素,完善暴食癥的理論模型,運(yùn)用腦成像等技術(shù)深入研究暴食癥的認(rèn)知神經(jīng)機(jī)制并加強(qiáng)對(duì)暴食癥的干預(yù)與治療研究。
[Abstract]:Bulimia is characterized by repeated episodes of gluttony, accompanied by a strong sense of frustration. Individuals usually feel out of control when eating and eat a lot of food. Overeating behavior is affected by stress, negative emotions, impulsive personality, physical dissatisfaction and restricted eating, as well as parental feeding. The main theoretical models for the occurrence and maintenance of bulimia include emotion regulation model, food addiction model, interpersonal relationship model and perfectionism model. In the future, we should further explore the factors that affect bulimia, perfect the theoretical model of bulimia, use brain imaging and other techniques to study the cognitive neural mechanism of bulimia and strengthen the intervention and treatment of bulimia.
