【摘要】：目的：本研究試圖通過(guò)對(duì)高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體進(jìn)行有目的的注意偏向修改，誘發(fā)其對(duì)不同效價(jià)信息的注意偏向，證明注意偏向修改程序能有效調(diào)節(jié)高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體的消極注意偏向及其在應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下的焦慮水平。 方法：采用Spielberg狀態(tài)特質(zhì)焦慮量表（STAI）中的特質(zhì)焦慮量表（STAI-T）篩選出高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體為實(shí)驗(yàn)被試，以情緒面孔圖片為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料。采用3（組別：負(fù)性組、中性組、控制組）×2（檢測(cè)時(shí)間：注意偏向修改前檢測(cè)、注意偏向修改后檢測(cè)）×2（線索提示：有效線索提示、無(wú)效線索提示）×2（情緒效價(jià)：憤怒、中性）混合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)三組被試分別進(jìn)行不同的注意偏向修改。 結(jié)果：（1）在注意偏向修改前，三組被試對(duì)憤怒面孔線索的反應(yīng)時(shí)都顯著長(zhǎng)于中性面孔線索； （2）在注意偏向修改后，中性組對(duì)兩種面孔線索的反應(yīng)時(shí)沒(méi)有差異，負(fù)性組和控制組對(duì)兩種面孔線索的反應(yīng)時(shí)依舊存在顯著差異； （3）在注意偏向修改后，中性組在有效線索提示條件下的注意偏向指數(shù)顯著低于負(fù)性組和控制組，而負(fù)性組和控制組之間沒(méi)有差異； （4）在注意偏向修改后，中性組應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下的焦慮水平顯著低于注意偏向修改前，負(fù)性組和控制組與修改前沒(méi)有差異。 結(jié)論：（1）高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體對(duì)負(fù)性情緒面孔存在注意偏向； （2）中性組所接受的注意偏向修改程序能改善高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體的消極注意偏向； （3）中性組所接受的注意偏向修改程序能有效降低高特質(zhì)焦慮個(gè)體在應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下的焦慮水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study attempted to induce the attentional bias of individuals with high trait anxiety by modifying their purposeful attentional bias to different titer information. It is proved that the program of attention bias modification can effectively regulate the negative attention bias of individuals with high trait anxiety and their anxiety level under stress. Methods: the trait anxiety scale (STAI-T) of Spielberg State trait anxiety scale (STAI) was used to select individuals with high trait anxiety as subjects, and emotional face images were used as experimental materials. 3 (negative group, neutral group, control group) 脳 2 脳 2 (mood titer: anger: mood titer: anger) 脳 2 (cues: valid cues, invalid cues) 脳 2 (detection time: attention bias before modification, attention bias after modification) 脳 2 (group: negative, neutral, control) Neutral) mixed experimental design, three groups of subjects were respectively different attention bias modification. Results (1) before the change of attention bias, the response time of the three groups to angry face cues was significantly longer than that of neutral facial cues. (2) after attention bias modification, there was no difference in response time between neutral group and control group, but there was still significant difference between negative group and control group. 3) after modification of attention bias, the index of attention bias in neutral group was significantly lower than that in negative group and control group, but there was no difference between negative group and control group. (4) after the change of attention bias, the level of anxiety in the neutral group was significantly lower than that before the change of attention bias, but there was no difference between the negative group and the control group. Conclusion (1) individuals with high trait anxiety tend to pay attention to negative emotional faces; (2) the procedure of modification of attention bias accepted by neutral group can improve the negative attention bias of individuals with high trait anxiety; 3) the attention bias modification program accepted by the neutral group can effectively reduce the anxiety level of the individuals with high trait anxiety.
