【摘要】：目的探討青少年自我控制與情緒行為問題的關系以及情緒調節(jié)效能感在其中的中介作用,為提高青少年的心理適應水平提供依據。方法采用特質自我控制量表、長處和困難量表、情緒調節(jié)效能感量表,對分層整群隨機抽取的廣州市初一至高三年級共1 047名中學生實施問卷調查。結果青少年自我控制與表達積極情緒效能感、管理消極情緒效能感、困難和親社會行為相關均有統(tǒng)計學意義(r值分別為0.12,0.40,-0.48,0.22,P值均0.01);自我控制除了直接正向預測親社會行為(效應值為0.108)、負向預測困難問題(效應值為-0.186)外,還會間接通過表達積極情緒效能感和管理消極情緒效能感發(fā)揮作用(效應值介于-0.014~0.069)。結論情緒調節(jié)效能感在自我控制與情緒行為問題間發(fā)揮著部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between adolescents' self-control and emotional behavior problems and the mediating role of emotion regulation efficacy in order to provide basis for improving adolescents' psychological adaptation. Methods using trait self-control scale, strength and difficulty scale and emotion regulation efficacy scale, 1047 middle school students in Guangzhou were randomly selected by stratified cluster. Results adolescents' self-control and expression of positive emotional efficacy, management of negative emotional efficacy, There was significant correlation between difficulty and prosocial behavior (r = 0.120.40-0.48U 0.22p, P = 0.01), and self-control was not only direct positive prediction of pro-social behavior (effect = 0.108), but negative prediction of difficult problems (effect = -0.186). It also plays an indirect role by expressing positive emotional efficacy and managing negative emotional efficacy (the effect value is -0.014 ~ 0.069). Conclusion emotional regulation efficacy plays a part in the mediation between self-control and emotional behavior problems.
