【摘要】：自我擴(kuò)張模型認(rèn)為,自我擴(kuò)張是人類的一種基本動(dòng)機(jī),人們通過將他人納入自我能夠獲得新的能力、觀點(diǎn)和資源從而提高自我效能感。個(gè)體將他人納入自我的過程有兩種,一種是有意識(shí)的,能被個(gè)體察覺到的擴(kuò)張稱為外顯自我擴(kuò)張；另一種是無意識(shí)的,由個(gè)體自動(dòng)激活的擴(kuò)張稱為內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張。目前已有不少學(xué)者對外顯自我擴(kuò)張和內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張分別進(jìn)行了研究,但將兩者聯(lián)系起來研究他們之間的關(guān)系的研究很少。研究個(gè)體自我擴(kuò)張的的內(nèi)隱與外顯機(jī)制有利于人們從根源上激發(fā)個(gè)體的行為,提高個(gè)體解決問題的能力。因此,本研究基于內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張是時(shí)刻存在的,與外顯自我擴(kuò)張是相對獨(dú)立的假設(shè)上做了兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)一采用內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗(yàn)的變式—GO/NO-GO(GNAT),證實(shí)內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張動(dòng)機(jī)的存在,并揭示其與內(nèi)隱自尊的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)為單因素被試內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),以相容任務(wù)和不相容任務(wù)兩種任務(wù)類型為自變量,測量實(shí)驗(yàn)中任務(wù)反應(yīng)敏感性以判斷被試是否能正確區(qū)分出目標(biāo)和噪音,證明內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張動(dòng)機(jī)的存在。實(shí)驗(yàn)二通過傳統(tǒng)的自陳式個(gè)人擴(kuò)張問卷測量外顯自我擴(kuò)張,研究其與內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張之間的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張與外顯自我擴(kuò)張相對獨(dú)立。說明了外顯自我擴(kuò)張不能促進(jìn)內(nèi)隱自我擴(kuò)張形成,而可以通過各種暗示達(dá)到內(nèi)隱擴(kuò)張效果。
[Abstract]:According to the self-expansion model, self-expansion is a basic motivation of human beings, and people can acquire new abilities, ideas and resources by incorporating others into themselves to enhance their sense of self-efficacy. There are two processes in which individuals incorporate others into themselves, one is conscious, the expansion that can be perceived by the individual is called explicit self-expansion, the other is unconscious, which is automatically activated by the individual as implicit self-expansion. At present, many scholars have studied explicit self-expansion and implicit self-expansion, but few studies have been done to study the relationship between them. Studying the implicit and explicit mechanism of individual self-expansion is helpful to stimulate individual behavior and improve individual problem-solving ability. Therefore, based on the assumption that implicit self expansion is always present and explicit self expansion is relatively independent, two experiments are conducted in this study. In experiment 1, the implicit association test was used to prove the existence of implicit self-expansion motivation and to reveal the relationship between implicit self-esteem and implicit self-expansion motivation. The experiment was designed as a single-factor in-test experiment. Two task types, compatible task and incompatible task, were used as independent variables, and the sensitivity of task reaction was measured to determine whether the subjects could correctly distinguish between target and noise. The existence of implicit self-expansion motivation is proved. In experiment two, explicit self-expansion was measured by traditional self-documenting personal expansion questionnaire, and the relationship between explicit self-expansion and implicit self-expansion was studied. Experiments show that implicit self-expansion and explicit self-expansion are relatively independent. It shows that explicit self expansion can not promote the formation of implicit self expansion, but can reach the effect of implicit expansion through various cues.
