【摘要】：老齡化個體出現(xiàn)的認知障礙在某種程度上是由于語言的認知老化所導(dǎo)致,因此,了解語言認知老化的具體表現(xiàn)、老化機制及其神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)對于延緩語言認知老化、矯正老年癡呆有重要意義。首先基于理解和產(chǎn)生兩個維度,分別從詞匯、句子和文本三個層面分析了語言認知老化的表現(xiàn),而后著重從工作記憶的角度分析了語言認知老化的認知機制,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進一步從詞匯加工、語義提取、句法分析三個方面分析了語言認知老化的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ),并指出半球不對稱性減弱和腦區(qū)的彌散性激活是語言認知老化的主要神經(jīng)表現(xiàn)。最后,圍繞著語言認知老化的"發(fā)展進程、領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)形式、干預(yù)矯正方法"三個必須解決的問題展開討論,為該領(lǐng)域未來的發(fā)展做出理論上的鋪墊。
[Abstract]:Cognitive impairment of aging individuals is to some extent caused by cognitive aging of language. Therefore, understanding the specific manifestations of cognitive aging of language, the mechanism of aging and its neural basis can delay cognitive aging of language. It is of great significance to correct senile dementia. Based on the two dimensions of comprehension and generation, this paper analyzes the performance of language cognitive aging from three aspects of vocabulary, sentence and text, and then analyzes the cognitive mechanism of language cognitive aging from the perspective of working memory, and then analyzes the cognitive mechanism of language cognitive aging from the perspective of working memory. Furthermore, the neural basis of language cognitive aging is analyzed from three aspects: lexical processing, semantic extraction and syntactic analysis, and it is pointed out that the reduction of hemispheric asymmetry and the diffuse activation of brain region are the main neurological manifestations of language cognitive aging. Finally, the paper discusses the three problems that must be solved in the field of language cognitive aging, such as the process of development, the form of expression in the field, and the method of intervention correction, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the future development of this field.
