老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系:老化態(tài)度的中介作用

【摘要】:隨著人口結(jié)構(gòu)老齡化的不斷加劇,老年人的生活質(zhì)量日益受到社會各界的聚焦與關(guān)注,其中,老年人的主觀幸福感也日益成為學(xué)者們研究的重要領(lǐng)域。過去學(xué)者們對于老年人主觀幸福感的研究大致包括了兩個方面:其一是通過描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方式展現(xiàn)了老年群體在主觀幸福感方面的現(xiàn)狀,其二是著力研究主觀幸福感多方面的影響因素。前人的研究在很大程度上為后續(xù)學(xué)者提供了有力的實(shí)證資料與理論基礎(chǔ)。在終身學(xué)習(xí)理念深入人心的時代下,老年教育如雨后春筍般發(fā)展迅速發(fā)展。眾多老年人紛紛熱情高漲地參與社會各界組織的老年再教育活動,此過程在很大程度上促進(jìn)了這部分老年群體主觀幸福感的提升。雖然有關(guān)老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動的研究已有了豐碩的成果,但有關(guān)老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動與主觀幸福感之間的相關(guān)研究卻并不多見。因此,筆者嘗試探討老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動與主觀幸福感的相關(guān)關(guān)系。老化態(tài)度是個體對自身變老的過程及對年老狀態(tài)的體驗(yàn)和評價。國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究均表明老化態(tài)度對老年人的身心健康和主觀幸福感有顯著影響,因此本文嘗試探討老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動、老化態(tài)度與主觀幸福感三者之間的關(guān)系。本研究旨在通過調(diào)查參與老年學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的老年學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)、老化態(tài)度及主觀幸福感狀況并收集相關(guān)信息,展現(xiàn)老年學(xué)員參與學(xué)習(xí)、老化態(tài)度和主觀幸福感三者的現(xiàn)狀,分析其各自特點(diǎn),求證三者之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并驗(yàn)證老化態(tài)度在參與學(xué)習(xí)活動與主觀幸福感之間的中介作用。本研究選取山西某市老年大學(xué)282名55-90歲的老年人為研究對象,使用《學(xué)習(xí)情況調(diào)查問卷》、《紐芬蘭紀(jì)念大學(xué)幸福度量表》和《老化態(tài)度問卷中文版》為研究工具,采用問卷加訪談的研究方法探討老年大學(xué)學(xué)員三個變量之間的關(guān)系,并嘗試探討老化態(tài)度在老年人參與學(xué)習(xí)活動和老化態(tài)度之間的中介作用。以期對提高老年人的主觀幸福感、生活質(zhì)量和生活滿意度提供一定的參考價值,幫助老年人形成積極的老化態(tài)度,促進(jìn)老年人樹立終身學(xué)習(xí)的理念,同時也對老年大學(xué)的課程設(shè)置和優(yōu)化以及老年人的再教育提出若干建議。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)老年大學(xué)學(xué)員非常重視終身學(xué)習(xí),在參加學(xué)習(xí)活動過程中具有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的、較高的學(xué)習(xí)熱情、較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)成就動機(jī)和迎接挑戰(zhàn)的心態(tài),對學(xué)習(xí)能力抱有信心,并對所參與的活動非常投入,其自我價值的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度偏高;(2)老年人主觀幸福感在年齡、婚姻受教育狀況方面存在差異;(3)老年大學(xué)學(xué)員老化態(tài)度在學(xué)齡、文化程度上存在顯著差異;與社區(qū)老年人相比,老年大學(xué)老年人的老化態(tài)度更積極,體驗(yàn)更多的心理獲得和較少的社會喪失;(4)老年大學(xué)學(xué)員在參與學(xué)習(xí)活動、老化態(tài)度和主觀幸福感三個變量之間兩兩存在顯著相關(guān);(5)社會喪失、心理獲得在參與學(xué)習(xí)活動與主觀幸福感之間的中介效應(yīng)顯著。
[Abstract]:With the increasing aging of the population structure, the quality of life of the elderly is increasingly focused and concerned by the community. Among them, the subjective well-being of the elderly is becoming an important field for scholars to study. In the past, the research on the subjective well-being of the elderly includes two aspects: one is through descriptive unification. The method shows the present situation of the elderly population in the subjective well-being, and the second is to study the influence factors of the subjective well-being. The previous studies have provided a strong empirical and theoretical basis for the follow-up scholars. With the rapid development of the exhibition, many elderly people have been enthusiastically and enthusiastically participating in the old reeducation activities of the social organizations. This process has greatly promoted the promotion of the subjective well-being of this part of the elderly. Although the research on the participation of the elderly has been fruitful, the elderly participate in the learning activities and the owners. Therefore, the author tries to explore the relationship between the participation of the elderly and the subjective well-being of the elderly. The aging attitude is the process of individual aging and the experience and evaluation of the old state. The relevant studies both at home and abroad show the physical and mental health and subjective fortune of the aging attitude for the elderly. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the aged participants' participation in learning activities, the aging attitude and the subjective well-being of the three. The purpose of this study is to investigate the aged students' learning, the attitude of aging and the subjective well-being, and collect relevant information, and to show the aging of the elderly participants in the learning and aging. The present situation of attitude and subjective well-being of three people, analyze their respective characteristics, seek the correlation between the three, and verify the intermediary role of the aging attitude between the participation of learning activities and the subjective well-being. This study selects 282 aged 55-90 year old people in Shanxi city old university to study the subjects, using the learning situation questionnaire, < newfin. The happiness measure of the University of LAN Memorial University and the Chinese version of the aging attitude questionnaire are used as the research tool to explore the relationship between the three variables of the senior college students by questionnaire and interview, and try to explore the mediating role of aging attitude between the elderly and the aging attitude in order to improve the subjective fortune of the elderly. It provides a certain reference value for the sense of happiness, quality of life and life satisfaction, helps the elderly to form a positive aging attitude, promotes the old people to establish the concept of lifelong learning. At the same time, it also puts forward some suggestions on the curriculum and optimization of the old university and the reeducation of the elderly. The results show that: (1) the senior college students attach great importance to it. Lifelong learning, in the process of learning activities, with clear learning purposes, higher learning enthusiasm, strong learning achievement motivation and the attitude to meet the challenge, have confidence in the learning ability, and are very devoted to the activities involved, and the realization of their self value is high; (2) the subjective well-being of the elderly is in age and marriage is educated. There are differences in the situation; (3) the aging attitude of the elderly university students has significant differences in school age and cultural degree. Compared with the elderly in the community, older people are more active in aging, experience more psychological gain and less social loss; (4) aged college students are involved in learning activities, aging attitude and subjective well-being. There is a significant correlation between the three variables (22); (5) social loss, psychological gain has a significant mediating effect between participation learning activities and subjective well-being.
