記憶和推理干預(yù)訓(xùn)練對(duì)基于實(shí)物操作的老年人日常問(wèn)題解決能力之影響研究

【摘要】:對(duì)老年人的日常問(wèn)題解決能力進(jìn)行干預(yù),旨在考察日常問(wèn)題解決能力在老年期的可塑性。首先對(duì)86名60—84歲城市老年人實(shí)施前測(cè),包括實(shí)物操作的日常問(wèn)題解決能力測(cè)驗(yàn),三項(xiàng)基本心理能力測(cè)驗(yàn)(空間工作記憶、數(shù)字工作記憶和歸納推理)。然后,分成4組進(jìn)行干預(yù),4個(gè)組分別為相關(guān)記憶組、相關(guān)推理組、無(wú)關(guān)記憶組和無(wú)關(guān)推理組。66名干預(yù)組的老年人接受每周一期(每期60min)共計(jì)9期的記憶和推理訓(xùn)練。所有被試在訓(xùn)練周期結(jié)束一周內(nèi)接受后測(cè),后測(cè)內(nèi)容同前測(cè)。 結(jié)果表明,老年人的日常問(wèn)題解決能力可以通過(guò)干預(yù)顯著提高,實(shí)物操作的老年人日常問(wèn)題解決能力的四項(xiàng)分量表也可以通過(guò)干預(yù)提高。電話和理財(cái)分量表4個(gè)干預(yù)組均有顯著提高,,服藥分量表中只有相關(guān)記憶組和無(wú)關(guān)記憶組顯著提高,電器分量表只有相關(guān)推理組和無(wú)關(guān)記憶組有顯著提高;不同的干預(yù)材料對(duì)老年人的影響是不一樣的,采用更接近干預(yù)任務(wù)的材料對(duì)老年人的影響更大;相對(duì)于推理,老年人的記憶更容易通過(guò)訓(xùn)練來(lái)提高。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the plasticity of daily problem solving ability in the elderly. At first, 86 urban elderly aged 60-84 years were tested by pre-test, including daily problem-solving test of physical operation, three basic psychological ability tests (spatial working memory, digital working memory and inductive reasoning). Then, the elderly were divided into 4 groups: the related memory group, the correlation reasoning group, the unrelated memory group and the unrelated reasoning group. The elderly in the intervention group received 9 training periods of memory and reasoning once a week (60 mins per period). All subjects received a post-test within one week of the end of the training cycle, and the content of the post-test was the same as that of the pre-test. The results showed that the daily problem-solving ability of the elderly could be significantly improved by intervention, and the four sub-scales of the daily problem-solving ability of the elderly operated in kind could also be improved by intervention. The telephone and financial subscale were significantly increased in the four intervention groups, only the related memory group and unrelated memory group were significantly increased in the medication component list, and the electrical subscale was significantly increased only in the related reasoning group and unrelated memory group. The effects of different intervention materials on the elderly are different, and the older people's memory is more easily improved through training than reasoning.
