【摘要】：循證實(shí)踐正在成為西方心理治療發(fā)展的主流方向。但如何理解循證實(shí)踐的"證據(jù)"仍是見(jiàn)仁見(jiàn)智。部分社會(huì)大眾甚至心理學(xué)專家僅將"循證"當(dāng)作一種"修辭"或"時(shí)尚",顧名思義地界定"證據(jù)",或按主觀信仰隨意地選擇與應(yīng)用"證據(jù)"。文章以"證據(jù)"為研究焦點(diǎn),試圖建構(gòu)系統(tǒng)理解"證據(jù)"的全面圖景,探討了心理治療循證實(shí)踐中關(guān)于"證據(jù)"的4個(gè)基本問(wèn)題:(1)從歷史考察與理論分析的視角出發(fā),探討了"心理治療為什么需要證據(jù)";(2)從證據(jù)的類型范圍、生產(chǎn)者及存在形式三個(gè)視角,描述了"心理治療存在哪些證據(jù)";(3)從證據(jù)的科學(xué)程度、研究設(shè)計(jì)的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)程度及解決實(shí)踐問(wèn)題的契合程度出發(fā),闡述了"哪些證據(jù)才是好的證據(jù)";(4)從6個(gè)步驟推廣證據(jù)及創(chuàng)新研究設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi),分析了"在現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中如何推廣與應(yīng)用證據(jù)"。
[Abstract]:Evidence-based practice is becoming the mainstream of the development of western psychotherapy. However, how to understand the evidence of evidence-based practice is still a matter of opinion. Some social and even psychological experts only regard "evidence-based" as a kind of "rhetoric" or "fashion", define "evidence" as its name implies, or choose and apply "evidence" at will according to their subjective beliefs. Taking "evidence" as the research focus, this paper attempts to construct a comprehensive picture of the systematic understanding of "evidence", and probes into the four basic questions of "evidence" in the evidence-based practice of psychotherapy: 1) from the perspective of historical investigation and theoretical analysis. This paper probes into why psychotherapy needs evidence from three angles of view: the category of evidence, the producer and the form of existence, and describes the scientific degree of "what evidence does psychotherapy exist" from evidence. Starting from the degree of rigor of research and design and the degree of conformity of solving practical problems, this paper expounds "what evidence is good evidence" and "what kind of evidence is good evidence" from six aspects of popularizing evidence and innovating research design. This paper analyzes how to popularize and apply evidence in the real world.
