【摘要】:在神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的最新取向下,探討閱讀腦機制中背側(cè)和腹側(cè)通路的協(xié)作機制,是解決語言認知神經(jīng)科學多個理論問題共同面臨的焦點。本項目擬通過兩個腦功能成像實驗,建構(gòu)漢字閱讀的動態(tài)因果模型,系統(tǒng)地考察漢字閱讀的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡,以及閱讀網(wǎng)絡中背、腹側(cè)通路的協(xié)作機制。實驗一利用快速適應實驗范式的優(yōu)點,識別和考察漢字閱讀涉及的認知成分所對應的功能腦區(qū),以及腦區(qū)聯(lián)結(jié)形成的神經(jīng)回路,并建構(gòu)漢字閱讀的動態(tài)因果模型;實驗二進一步考察在刺激屬性(語音和語義信息)和任務要求下閱讀腦區(qū)的動態(tài)激活及相互作用。通過不同任務下的模型對比,重點探討閱讀網(wǎng)絡的腦區(qū)聯(lián)結(jié)模式變化,尤其是背、腹側(cè)通路受刺激和任務影響時的協(xié)作機制。研究結(jié)果將為揭示閱讀的神經(jīng)生理模型、解決語言特異性腦區(qū)激活的爭論等理論問題提供直接的證據(jù),還能為語言教學、閱讀障礙矯治、以及臨床應用提供理論基礎與指導。
[Abstract]:Under the latest orientation of neural network, it is the focus of solving many theoretical problems of language cognitive neuroscience to explore the cooperative mechanism of dorsal and ventral pathways in the mechanism of reading brain. In this project, two brain functional imaging experiments were conducted to construct a dynamic causal model for Chinese character reading, and to investigate systematically the neural network of Chinese character reading and the cooperative mechanism of the dorsal and ventral pathways in the reading network. Experiment one uses the advantage of fast adaptation paradigm to identify and investigate the functional brain region corresponding to the cognitive components involved in Chinese character reading and the neural circuit formed by the brain region connection, and to construct a dynamic causal model of Chinese character reading. Experiment 2 further examined the dynamic activation and interaction of the reading brain under the stimulus attributes (phonological and semantic information) and task requirements. Through the comparison of models under different tasks, this paper focuses on the changes of brain connection patterns in the reading network, especially the cooperative mechanism when the dorsal and ventral pathways are stimulated and affected by tasks. The results will provide direct evidence for revealing the neurophysiological model of reading, solving the debate on the activation of language specific brain regions, and also provide theoretical basis and guidance for language teaching, correction of reading disorders, and clinical application.
