賴床行為的內容及效用—一項探索性研究

【摘要】:賴床行為是人們日常生活中十分普遍的現(xiàn)象,廣泛的存在于各個階層的人群中。然而,以往對于賴床行為的關注僅限于一些醫(yī)學范疇以及其他一些文學詩歌作品范疇,很少有研究者從心理學的角度對個體的賴床行為進行深入而具體的研究,F(xiàn)實生活中人們傾向于將賴床行為視為一種不好的,消極的行為。有關拖延行為的研究將賴床行為視為一種典型的拖延癥。然而,賴床行為真的是一種不良的,消極行為嗎?本研究首先對賴床行為的普遍性,以及人們對待賴床行為的態(tài)度進行考察。其次,對賴床過程中人們的思維過程、情緒體驗,,以及賴床行為的后果或賴床行為的效用進行考察。 本研究主要包含三個研究,分別從賴床行為的普遍性,即個體的賴床行為頻次和每次賴床的時間長短、個體對待賴床行為和賴床者的態(tài)度以及個體賴床時的情緒狀態(tài)、思維狀態(tài)以及賴床行為的直接后果(積極后果和消極后果)和賴床行為與個體的自我效能感、生活滿意度、拖延行為的關系對個體的賴床行為進行了考察。其中,研究一主要考察個體賴床行為的普遍性和個體對待賴床行為以及賴床者的態(tài)度;研究二主要考察個體賴床時的情緒狀態(tài)、思維狀態(tài)以及賴床行為的直接后果(積極后果和消極后果)和賴床行為與個體的自我效能感、生活滿意度、拖延行為的關系;研究三主要采取現(xiàn)象學的方法考察個體賴床時的情緒狀態(tài)、思維狀態(tài)以及賴床行為的效用。本研究使用的研究材料主要包括自編賴床調查行為問卷、自我效能感量表、生活滿意度問卷,一般拖延問卷等,探討了330名大學生及153名工作人員的賴床行為時間、頻次,對賴床行為的基本態(tài)度以及賴床行為與拖延行為的關系,賴床行為的效用,賴床時間的思維狀態(tài)和情緒狀態(tài)等方面,研究結果表明: 1、賴床行為普遍存在;人們對賴床行為普遍具有消極的態(tài)度,認為賴床行為是一種不良的行為習慣,應該予以改正。個體在賴床時并非什么都不想,基本上都在進行一定的思維活動; 2、人們在賴床的過程中進行一定的思維活動;傾向于體驗到積極情緒,較少傾向體驗到消極情緒;賴床對個人生活較少產生消極后果,反而存在一定的積極后果,例如個體在賴床時積極主動的規(guī)劃工作與學習可以顯著地預測被試的自我效能感和生活滿意度。
[Abstract]:Bed-building behavior is a very common phenomenon in people's daily life, it widely exists in all classes of people. However, in the past, the attention to the behavior of bed building was limited to some medical fields and other literary and poetic works, and few researchers made a thorough and concrete research on the individual's behavior of sleeping in bed from the angle of psychology. In real life, people tend to regard bed-building behavior as a bad, negative behavior. Procrastination behavior is regarded as a typical procrastination in the study of procrastination. However, is sleeping behavior really a bad, negative behavior? This study first investigates the universality of bed-building behavior and the attitudes of people towards it. Secondly, the thinking process, emotional experience, the consequences of bed-building behavior or the effect of bed-building behavior are investigated. This study mainly includes three studies, including the universality of the behavior, namely, the frequency of the behavior and the duration of each time, the attitude of the individual to the behavior and the emotional state of the individual. The direct consequences (positive and negative consequences) of bed-building behavior and the relationship between bed-dependent behavior and individual self-efficacy life satisfaction and procrastination behavior were investigated. Among them, the first is to investigate the universality of individual bedtime behavior, and the second is to investigate the emotional state of the individual when he is in bed. The relationship between the state of thinking and the direct consequences (positive and negative) and the relationship between the behavior and the self-efficacy, life satisfaction and procrastination; The third study mainly adopts phenomenological method to investigate the emotional state, thinking state and the effect of the behavior of bed-building. The research materials used in this study mainly include self-designed questionnaire, self-efficacy scale, life satisfaction questionnaire, general procrastination questionnaire, etc. 330 college students and 153 staff members were investigated about the time and frequency of their bedtime. The research results show that: (1) the basic attitude of bedtime behavior, the relationship between bedtime behavior and procrastination behavior, the effect of bedtime behavior, the thinking state and emotional state of bedtime, and so on. 1. The behavior of bed-building exists generally, and people generally have a negative attitude towards it. They think that it is a bad behavior habit and should be corrected. Individuals do not want anything when they are in bed, basically they are engaged in certain thinking activities; (2) people have certain thinking activities in the process of living in bed; they tend to experience positive emotions, but less tend to experience negative emotions; to stay in bed has less negative consequences for personal life, but there are some positive consequences. For example, self-efficacy and life satisfaction can be significantly predicted by active planning and learning.
