情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式特異性研究

【摘要】:【目的】探討不同情緒狀態(tài)下自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式的特點。 【方法】111名被試隨機分成三組,采用圖片、聲音、影片分別誘發(fā)悲傷、憤怒、恐懼、厭惡、愉快及中性六種情緒,用情緒報告表采集被試產(chǎn)生的情緒類型及其強度,運用10通道多參數(shù)生理多導(dǎo)儀記錄多個反映自主神經(jīng)活動的指標。 【結(jié)果】(1)圖片成功地誘發(fā)出悲傷、厭惡、愉快和中性情緒,未能誘發(fā)出憤怒與恐懼情緒;聲音成功地誘發(fā)出厭惡、愉快與中性情緒,未能誘發(fā)出悲傷、恐懼與憤怒情緒;影片能夠成功誘發(fā)出除憤怒之外的其他靶情緒。三種材料之間的誘發(fā)效果存在差異,對悲傷情緒的誘發(fā)效果為:影片>圖片>聲音;對恐懼、厭惡情緒的誘發(fā)效果為:影片>聲音>圖片;對愉快情緒的誘發(fā)效果為:聲音>影片>圖片。(2)圖片、聲音刺激下,自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)指標的情緒主效應(yīng)不存在顯著性差異(P>0.05),而在影片刺激下,皮膚導(dǎo)電性、呼吸率及心率變異性的情緒主效應(yīng)存在顯著差異(P<0.05),其中皮膚導(dǎo)電性下降、呼吸率下降是愉快情緒的特異性指標。(3)重復(fù)測量結(jié)果顯示:同種情緒伴隨的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)的部分指標在時間主效應(yīng)上存在顯著性差異(P<0.05),且呈現(xiàn)一定的變化趨勢;圖片、聲音與影片對同種性質(zhì)情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)指標的影響并不完全一致。(4)散點圖結(jié)果表明:圖片刺激下,悲傷、憤怒、厭惡和中性情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式表現(xiàn)為交感神經(jīng)與副交感神經(jīng)共同激活模式,而恐懼與愉快情緒則包含多種活動模式;聲音刺激下,六種情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式均表現(xiàn)為交感神經(jīng)與副交感神經(jīng)共同抑制模式;影片刺激下,悲傷、厭惡和愉快情緒的自主神經(jīng)活動模式可能是交感神經(jīng)與副交感神經(jīng)共同抑制模式,而恐懼情緒則為共同激活模式,憤怒情緒可能包含多種活動模式。 【結(jié)論】圖片刺激下各種情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)可能互相重疊;聲音刺激下各種情緒的自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式不具有特異性;影片刺激下各種情緒自主神經(jīng)反應(yīng)模式可能存在特異性,但具體活動模式尚不清楚。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the characteristics of autonomic nerve response patterns in different emotional states. [methods] 111 subjects were randomly divided into three groups. Six emotions were induced by pictures, sounds and films, including sadness, anger, fear, disgust, pleasure and neuter. The emotional types and intensity of the subjects were collected by using the emotion report form. 10-channel multi-parameter physiological polyconductometer was used to record multiple indexes reflecting autonomic nerve activity. [results] the pictures successfully induced sadness, disgust, pleasant and neutral emotion, but failed to induce anger and fear, sound succeeded in inducing disgust, pleasant and neutral emotion, failed to induce sadness, fear and anger. The film can successfully evoke target emotions other than anger. The evoked effects of the three materials were as follows: film > picture > sound, and the effect of fear and disgust was: film > sound > picture. The evoked effects on pleasant emotion were as follows: sound > film > picture. 2) Picture. Under sound stimulation, there was no significant difference in the main emotional effect of autonomic nerve response index (P > 0.05), but under the film stimulation, the skin conductivity was not significant (P > 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the main emotional effect of autonomic nerve response index (P > 0.05). There were significant differences in the main emotional effects of respiration rate and heart rate variability (P < 0.05), in which the skin conductivity decreased. The results of repeated measurements showed that there was significant difference in the main time effect of autonomic nerve reaction associated with the same emotion (P < 0.05), and showed a certain trend of change. The effects of sound and film on autonomic nervous response of the same emotion were not identical. The autonomic nervous response patterns of aversion and neutral emotions are sympathetic and parasympathetic, while fear and pleasure include multiple activity patterns. The autonomic nerve response patterns of the six emotions all showed that the sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve were inhibited together. The autonomic nervous activity pattern of aversion and pleasure may be the co-inhibition mode of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, while the fear emotion is co-activation mode, and anger may include multiple modes of activity. [conclusion] the autonomic nervous response of various emotions may overlap with each other under picture stimulation, the autonomic nervous response mode of various emotions under sound stimulation is not specific, and the autonomic nervous response mode of various emotions stimulated by film may be specific. But the specific activity pattern is not clear.
